I was crashing every 5 minutes with HD5870 (Graphic card driver stop responding and successfully recover.) and I Downloaded the new drivers. and now i play full HD with sweetfx at 50 fps and its awesome. I can record HD at 20 with fraps but cant drive because it lag cuts (loading cars and ped + fraps take too much memory)

It's the same respond in Canada. To find and rescue 1 guy they used Montréal police (boat) north side, Longueuil Police (boat) south side, Quebec Province police (Bell412 helicopter), Canadian Army (c130 thermal view). and they found him. If you can save lives , no really matter how many peoples involved...

You right, there's alot of officers , but there's also tons of people trying to get close much possible of situation to record or see. you have a guy probably intoxicated jumping and ready to kill someone. we didnt see what happened but he probably tried something dangerous and cops shoot him down. He did this in new york town center not by hazard...he as so much attention... taz him and go to jail. he would probably redo the same thing when release... im pretty sure cops took it not as criminal with lethal weapon, but more as terrorism act... that's what i feel...

It wont work , you need a niko as ped and also as police... Forceduty of 1.0b only accept peds... here a picture of non-peds niko as street detective...When i was playing 0.95... i modify the skin not the head. the head is a remake of Jason statham. if they do GTA4 as movie I REALLY hope they take Jason!

he's right, always give extra power like 100watts or 200watts... if the power supply touch the limit mother board will shut it down or it will explode and you will smell what shame is... burned cables... with no more computer...

You can overclock CPU only if you're a wise guy in Hardware and have nothing to lose. If you're not... you better go read other wise guy blog about test and advise they made... I have an ADM FX 8150 at 4.0Ghz AMd are not the best to overclock read carefully...

I didnt read whats going with him, but... Sadly , since around 1995 alot of peoples go Bulletin board system (BBS) to internet , and Facebook twitter etc growing the intimidation problems we always had with kids... alot of kids on many countries have intimidation and now kids can also do personnal attacks with cellphones. they have access to camera,sms,internets all the time. alot fo kids suicides and some use weapons and fight. its very easy take a bad moment of someone in camera without his-her autorization and share with the planet to laugh at him-her... In canada, Police take it as a serious problem...they track ip and do an intervention in some case... try to do alot of prevention... before a drama come. and peoples guess why gorvernment spy on civil lol. While all this happen Musulman fight culture rights so the kids have hijab and Ceremonial knive at schools.
