KLPD is the Dutch Highway patrol. the only difference in the uniform is the badge and the reflective Jacket. this is the almost the exact colour of the pants. its only missing the black stripe on the side

its the ranking. like the US cops have the sergeant stripes on the shoulders. my dad is a dutch police officer. in US ranks he's a luitenant. anyways I really like it!
