+1. I hope they get Sgt. Kanyo out of Retirement. He made many excellent Handling Lines back in the GTA IV Days. I'd hope he could do his magic again!

[REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced 3.1.1
Bringing this back up, I went to replay V, it did the usual Updating. I then reinstalled all the Mods (latest Versions) I have been using in the past, including RDE. Loaded the Game up, and immediately got a " ERR_FILL_PACK 3" Error Message. Anything I did wrong?

1. Correct. SNT (the Trainer made by Sjaak327). It does have a Page or two listing all the various Weapon Attachments. 2. Perhaps the two (your Modded Weapons and the Trainer) are conflicting somewhere.

Dual Installation
I have yet to use ELS, or LSPDFR in GTA V. However, when I use my 'Mods' Folder, I have RDE, both EUP's, VisualV, some Script Mods, SNT, and Realistic Handlng (by Killatomate). So, it's largely 'Stock' in that regard. The best part about the Mods Folder is you can toggle it Off/On easily.

I'm leaning for the Latter. Helps add to the Variety of the Fleets, especially because they'd all use different Equipment, Lightbars, etc. Also would assist in easing Pack Maintenance.- San Andreas Mega-Pack

I think it also has to to with the Euphoria Engine both Games used. Personally, I found IV's to be much more fluid and loose, than V's somewhat inflexible and rigid System. This aided in adding to the chaotic and random experiences when playing IV. - San Andreas Mega-Pack
