EUP does contain Edits to the Three Protagonists (Michael; LSPD, SAHP. Trevor; BCSO, LSPD. Franklin; LSSD, LSPD.), in addition to the 'Freemode' Characters. For NPC Officers however, RDE would have matching Uniforms for them. Not a developer of EUP, but it's designed primarily for the aforementioned Freemode Characters.- 2,342 comments

NPC Police are completely unaffected by EUP. EUP has been made to affect the "Online" Freemode (as designated by internal Files) Characters only.

Jafet Meza's Soundtrack was equally amazing as well. Also enjoyed their iterations of the Battle Rifle the most. Never went without it. Fuck the Flood Jackals though! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! *gurgle gurgle*
