It seems Fuckstar Games/Shit Two don't even know the difference between 'Modding' and 'Hacking/Cheating'... OpenIV only made the former easier.

I still reckon both Take 2, and Rockstar Games have shot themselves in the foot (understatement of the Year). A case of being 'Hoisted By Their own Petard', if you will.
