If you didn't install it previously then you will have it in downloaded .rar/.zip - copy it to your MAIN gta5 FOLDER. If you don't have this .rar/.zip cuz you already deleted it -> download it again and install missing file

Remove Custom Pullover, PeterU Calllouts, University Callouts, Unsafe Callouts If you still gonna have this problem then temporally remove (1 by 1 to check which one cause problem) : AI Respond BetterEMS

If you made changes rescue9e.xml and tender9b.xml -> revert it back to original or try to fix it if you know how Coastal Callouts and United Callouts are quite old plugins -> temporally remove them and check if your game still crash

Better option is to set PERFORM_FRISK_Key to "None" at keys.ini (gta5\lspdfr). If you want keep basic frisk option then always you can set another key instead Q or add modifier key. Then it will work only when you hold modifier key and press frisk key (example: modifier key is set to l_ctrl -> frisk won't start if you don't hold l_ctrl and then press Q)

Go to your original update\update.rpf\common\data and copy from there gameconfig.xml (for example on desktop) then just go to this same path just in mods folder, delete gameconfig from there and drag one from desktop

What cmd you are trying to use? About weird colors - can you attach screenshot or smh else to show this problem?

Remove IG Callouts and TAGs Callouts; Also keep on eye Yobbin Callouts -> there is new update so you can check if this help, if crashes still persist then remove this plugin too

If you changed smh in this plugin files I suggest try revert changes to default ones. If not then you can try fix it or just simply remove this plugin Also you don't have installed everything for another plugin

Remove Computer+ -> you can use CompuLite instead Keep on eye Chaos Callouts -> if your game still gonna crash you can try temporally remove it and check if it help

Add full access permissions for your whole gta5 folder (right click the gta folder, click properties, go to security & make sure system, admin & user has all hooks) Add whole gta5 folder as exception for your anti-virus
