1. Set full access to the GTA V disk, disabled the firewall, added the folder with the game to the antivirus exceptions 2. Increased the time interval by 60,000 seconds in RPH 3. I cleaned up the LSPDFR mod folder, removed additional mods, ELS, etc. - launched a clean game with the mod and everything worked. I cleaned up the plugins folder and went back to LSPDFR- and voila, there is no error, deleted the ELS mod, cleared the LSPDFR folder and the mod worked! Thank you for your help! I don't know what the api is-ms-win, apparently some system files. RagePluginHook.log

I gave full access to the GTA V folder, put the folder in the antivirus exceptions, even turned off the firewall - nothing helps.
