Computer+ and Custom Pullover are outdated and can cause your crashes so I suggest to remove them

Attach RPH log file (.txt or .log) its in your MAIN GTA5 FOLDER

Attach RPH log one more time cuz its unavaliable to download

Remove Assorted Callouts - its outdated af.. Update LSPDFR Enhanced - there were some problems with v1.2.0.1 I didn't noticed anything about RNUI version in your logs so make sure u have 1.9.3 version

lspdfr installed via LML? Why? It's even said on download page that its not supported.. Reinstall it normally via manual installation (drag&drop)

Sounds like u have tried to install custom MLO and it can't load properly with entire LOD (losses collisions etc) or I'm wrong?

Exception code: 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) It will crash as long as smh in mods folder cause issue. What mods u have installed before your game start crash?

Make sure u don't have any typo there or by mistake you removed one of symbols like <, > etc. Also I forgot to type earlier - increase PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000 at RPH settings

If you have mods installed try disable them (rename to _mods) and check if you still get crash. Also - any changes made at .xml files inside data folder? (like inventory/outfits etc.)

You mean u don't see it at loading screen? Its normal and it won't be shown up at this state cuz this plugin is loaded with lspdfr while you go on duty.

Path for Lidar Gun and Prowler Radar is same as I mentioned above. It won't be shown in RPH settings as this modifications loads up with LSPDFR while you go on duty.

Sometimes it likes to bug on that way, you can try reinstall L&O by .oiv after u loaded eup menu for first time in game

I would call your setup smh like mid-low so I wouldn't push a lot of mods (especially a lot of HQ (-> High Quality) ones) for it -> a lot of lights, hq vegetation, hq cars/eup/weapons models etc. NVE also have Performance Boost add-on or smh like that so if you don't have it yet - install it (prob its even with brighter emergency lights if you need it) ELS also drains some performance so try to avoid call massive backups There also should be avaliable add-on like DLSS so you can try this too
