Mods fault Try download this first: gameconfig, heapadjuster, packfile <- if this won't help then you have 2 options: try to find what mod that you installed is causing problem delete whole mods folder and start with mods from 0 - this time add mods 1 by 1 and test each one after you add it to prevent problems like that

You probably are using plugin Deadly Weapons - Guns are actually dangerous! - it's overwritting basic damage so if you want you to change it then you have to make some changes in DeadlyWeapons.ini

Make sure to use this version of SHVDN - others like to cause problems with lspdfr
