I got the Complete Edition for 6 bucks last year.

That's actually not a cutscene spawn or anything, it's actually just a glitch. The same happened to me, and it has to do with the situation/confronting him and for some reason bugs him the hell out. I had the same reaction as you and took a billion screenshots.

I thought all sales of gaming systems were banned in China regardless...? Or maybe a different Asian country, I can't remember. EDIT: Nevermind, I looked it up. They did have a ban on console games since 2000, and it was previously just lifted.

I too have had NO problems with it (other than an install fail right at the beginning, which was an easy fix). I did actually re-download it last night, and now I have a fresh install waiting to be modded. I recommend this to anybody who's had any sort of problems. If you are 100% certain that none of your mods are causing you problems, re-install your game and throw all the mods back in, it should fix any problems; although I don't recommend this. Any 3rd party modifications can be hurting your game or system, and you wouldn't even notice it was that particular mod, until you took it out. Try what Nexx said, slowly re-apply your modifications (starting with LCPDFR) until you may find the one hurting your FPS. This may not even be the case at all, maybe you have a mid-to-low-end computer, and the combination of the game, and all the modifications just overload your GPU. Hope this helped. I recommend giving Reality IV a try, it's an excellent graphic enhancer that makes your game look beautiful, and almost does nothing to your peformance. Reality IV is NOT an ENB, it's a timecycle mod that just changes the look of your timecycles/shaders. You can find it here.

Just minutes ago I confirmed my order at newegg for my new GPU and PSU. They should be here in about 3 days, and I am super excited. These two parts will make GTA run like a charm. I got it for Christmas, and so far I think it's a really cool game. The only reason that's the only thing I've been playing (opposed to GTAV) is because of the new Logitech sound system I got, which makes it sound so unbelievable, especially on SP. I like the MP, although I absolutely suck at it. I really like the single player, the graphics are amazing and the cut scenes are interesting. I played it for about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I was really hooked on it, until I couldn't get past a certain mission. Then I switched to MP, and I'm currently level 3, lol. I went back to the campaign mode to find that my save was erased/not saved to begin with, which is really weird. I found out my save was erased by starting a new one and noticing after I did it that that it was the only option, and the weirdest part was that I quit the new save I had just started, and that saved before I even finished the first cut scene, I was like wtf lol. Overall rating I would have to give it a 5/5, great storyline, guns, and graphics.

Merry Christmas! Update: this morning I got Battlefield 4 (PS3), Last of Us (PS3), complete Fast & Furious DVD set (1-5), DigiCamo PS3 Controller, a PC DJ turntable, my second pair of Turtle Beach P11s, and a bigass bag of beef jerky. :) Also I got a Slednecks shirt, a Insane Clown Posse shirt, and a limited edition Eminem Rap God shirt! :D
