I like it. It's got all the things I look for too change up my fleet. Thanks for the post keep it up.
  2. Pennsylvania State police is known for nothing but ford. Other than that nice work.
  3. While there are most crown vics with whelen liberty. In the real world a lot of police agencies county city state have whelen liberty. Even so not every crown vic that has a whelen liberty also have all the same other parts. I.E Rambars (if any) inside lights (whelen edge traffic advisories) Spotlights, Cages. So on and so forth. 5/5 for this model though.
  4. Very nice. If only Detroit actually had the funding for these kinds of designs. 5/5.
  5. Georgia State Patrol themselves would be proud to see these skins in action. Very job well done.
  6. The siren on the cvpi used in the dark knight rises. Is anyone familiar on what brand of siren that is.
  7. Actually I've seen some Impala's with flex fuel badges. Bxbugs also has a impala with a flex fuel. Even so the vehicle itself looks good course I would prefer the rear light bar to on the bottom as oppose to being on the top. Plus I'm a ram bar fan so I will say that a ram bar would look nice. Sorry cant help myself when it comes to ram bars. I gotta have em.
  8. Not bad a little more lights and a ram bar other than that a good piece of work. The Whelen edge definitely fits the age of the vehicle.
  9. Hey not a bad looking impala.
  10. One word Multiplayer. Even so this helps great for calling cross streets that you don't know.
  11. BINGO!!!! Close enough I was actually looking for the post for the past month. I knew it was released at one point in time but my computer crashed and I had too repair it. After I got it repaired I couldn't find the file with the whole cluster of files on LCPDFR. Thanks a lot man :D
  12. I have but I never could find the one im looking for
  13. With all the files on the internet of many different CVPI's. I got pretty tired of looking around. So I was wondering if anyone knew where they could find a. CVPI of the second generation. With a whelen liberty light bar, AND either whelen inner edges or any type of whelen REAR dash lights. With a Rhino Ram bar and no H2 Side runners. I am picky on it I know. However I was just wondering cause I want too use the Atlanta Police skins and Possibly Georgia State Patrol soon. It would be great if anyone knew and if not.....Still would be nice.
  14. My mom would love it. I usually use impala's. I would have too find a crown vic too use this skin.
  15. Batman would be proud.
  16. That front end looks super bad (in a good way).
  17. Wonderful job. My favorite car with my favorite light bar
  18. I guess you mean like when you hear dispatch in the background say "attention available units we have a suspect resisting a arrest" I've had it happen a few times.
  19. I've still tried everything on my end but it doesn't work...-sigh-
  20. Yep that's in there as well
  21. Still doesn't work. Actually I've put the ELS files in the main game directory before I put them in the scripts folder. I also made an ELS folder in the main GTA IV directory but still doesn't work. Sorry for not putting that in. Also just too be clear I'm running windows 7.
