    you could try adjusting the speed value there, they take turns faster now, but sometimes on straight roads there are still numnuts that drive 20mph, i donno what controlls thoes cars , you could also try editing the pathing nodes in codewalker, but there are  LOT of nodes to edit so i dint do that edit on my end

    Neither of these are helpful, and telling someone to "check their eyes" is rude.  There are better ways to provide helpful advice.

    Title pretty much sums it up. I recently saw Grand Theft Auto Enhanced, pop up in my steam library. 
     
    I see it brings a free update to the legacy including faster loading times, better graphics etc. I'm wondering if LSPDFR will work with this version?
     
    I'm not sure if anyone here would be able to know but what's the potential SHV also works?

    As for right now, as per RPH, no. The new version releases March 4th as planned. The current RPH version (as well as ScriptHookV) will only work with the legacy version until stated otherwise, as they cannot say for certain ahead of E&E's release.

    This might also help do it permanently rather then you going into the trainer each time. In the vehicles.meta find the line for sheriff2 that says diffusetint and replace the value with this <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

    Hey there @SgtNelsonUSMC. I want to thank you for pointing out this possible solution. For some mysterious magical reason, my gun stuck animation issue has not been happening after I removed both scripts called "MessageBoards" and the folder for the dlcpacks named "boardpack", which are part of the MessageBoards plugin created by Venoxity. When I removed the plugin ENTIRELY (literally uninstalling everything related to the plugin), my issue has not been replicating since then. I never expected this plugin could possibly be the "main root" of this problem. Of course, this ONLY solved the problem for me temporarily, as I might need to perform more gameplay tests. Yet, whether this plugin affected others and caused this problem as well, it is something I can't confirm. However, from what has happened so far related to this problem as a whole, I can a draw a few conclusions (TL;DR):
     
    1. There might be a high chance that OUTDATED plugins, scripts, or any content that is "additional" a.k.a. mods could be the cause of this problem. Based on what people have experienced so far with this issue, it has happened to individual(s) with or without MODS. Therefore, it can't be 100% confirmed that this problem is only related MODS, but some kind of incompatibilities with functions or tasks that affect the game environment or engine overall. I am not really sure about this, so don't think I am here assuming this is caused because of mods only.
     
    2. If we think about this from a non-modded game perspective, how could this happen even without mods? A very simple answer could be R* updates itself. Since the Christmas update last year, I think there has been a trend related to lots of people reporting this particular issue.
     
    3. This could be unlikely, but could there be a chance that it is not the game itself but something related to the Operating System (OS), or basically Windows could have had some kind of interference with this? I know it sounds vague and ridiculous, but if you think in a broader perspective, there could be a slight chance that Windows updates or computer functionalities (algorithms) could cause this game-breaking glitch. I think this might be a reason because GTA V is more than a decade ago game that has been receiving constant updates indeed, but some functions might have stopped working or became oudated due to new updates that have changed how our PCs process information and data. This is just my theory.
     
    ^ Note: Everything stated above is based on my own opinion and theories. No judgment or bias is intended in any of the conclusions.

    I also had the road signs script as well and I was having the same gun animation issue and after removing the script i've been playing for a few days now without the issue occuring so this seems like a fix so far.

    I had this problem only after I added on the Road Message Signs script. I took that script out of script folder and gun glitch stopped for me. I dont know if you have it installed or not but hope that helps. I also tested it by remove whole script folder and the gun glitch went away. Try it out.

    Hey there, I was having the same problem and did some fiddling with ini settings and I think I fixed the problem. The problem seems to have to do with a conflict of stop the peds document issue probabilities and callout interfaces ALPR probabilities. What I did was I went into my GTA 5/plugins/LSPDFR and opened the stop the ped ini. In there I put all of these settings to zero:
     
    VehicleRegistrationExpiredProbability=0
    VehicleNoRegistrationProbability=0
     
    VehicleInsuranceExpiredProbability=0
    VehicleNoInsuranceProbability=0
     
    After that, every time I got a ALPR hit on a vehichle and stopped it. It was the owner of the vehicle driving it. Hope this helps you.

    Rockstar, after deciding to have multiple law enforcement agencies ingame, forgot to tell their art staff what was going on. Thus, the voice issues (SAHP also has LSPD voices for the white one), as well as the LSPD having a prominent LSSD logo in their patch and on their hats, and some other things. Not as bad as IV (which was the worst for this, since they had a state police force whose only non-LCPD traits were some different voices, different hats, different pants, and one different shirt), but not well-done either (unlike Saints Row 2, which had 2 primary LE chains with different patrol cops with their own voices, different cars, different SWAT teams, different air units and armored units, and even different strength of response).

    dont you love it when you dont get an answer to your question? I have the same issue, no AI ever speed, they actually slow to 5 to 15 mph under the speed limit when i using Lidar gun. And before anyone says anything yes I am hiding my patrol car out of view of on coming traffic. You`d think someone would have made a plugin for more AI speeders.... smh

    The real reason is that vehicles are not driving at speed. These is an default speed-limiter for everything above 25 m/h, and that is the key to speeding events, because the inner city speed limit of 25 m/h is constantly being broken!
    If you stay inside the below 25 m/h limit-zone -witch also include winewoods 15 m/h zones, and set your radar for 25 m/h measures, you will have a speeding car within minutes!
    Then you can prompt the car to pull over, and ~30% of those events will lead into a high-speed chase, when the driver refuses to follow your order to pull over.
    Besides this inner-city speed-control gameplay, One area can be regarded as a real speed-trap, and that is a few miles of 45 m/h limit on free-way!
    You find this starting ~3 m before Earls-supermaked and up to the exit for Saltom-sea aka red-neck country ..
    There are not a single car on the free-way that slows down to 45. Each and everyone are speeding..

    Could be an issue with tint or dirt.
     
    a) Go into your trainer, under vehicle mods, and add full tint, then remove it.
     
    If still nothing
     
    b) Clean the vehicle.
