I had this problem only after I added on the Road Message Signs script. I took that script out of script folder and gun glitch stopped for me. I dont know if you have it installed or not but hope that helps. I also tested it by remove whole script folder and the gun glitch went away. Try it out.

I noticed when a handcuffed suspect is put in the rear of the patrol car, the suspect shuts the door handcuffed. Anyway to disable that or whatever?

figures...... no answers. Monitors are quick to delete your questions if not put in the right spot/topic area but no one wants to help when its in the right topic location..... very frustrating

I tried forever to fix this and found a way that worked for me, hopefully this will help you. I start GTAV on steam first and the quickly right click your rage icon (on your tool bat or desktop) and open rage when your gta opening scene starts (gtav should be in windowed screen not full screen) when it has the sirens playing and the wanted stars at the top right.... when the stars reach 4 or 5 total open rage. when the next screen appears with all the legal bs hit ALT Enter. Hope this makes sense and I hope it works for you. Questions just ask....
