The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Could be an issue with tint or dirt.

 

a) Go into your trainer, under vehicle mods, and add full tint, then remove it.

 

If still nothing

 

b) Clean the vehicle.

    what would the tint have to do with the lightbar thats on top of the vehicle?

    Window tint can affect the light bar, blacking it out.  No idea why, but it does.

    interesting. Well...i'll check it...but i did just notice with another new squad car....that its having issues with lights....lemme get a video of that and post as well
