  1. I live about 20 minutes from Springfield, MA. Basically right on the outskirts. And I'v never seen a Dodge Charger in their fleet. They mostly use Crown Vics with Libertys or Code 3 Lightbars. (All Blue). However, if they were to implement Chargers into their fleet, this would definitely be the result! 5/5 to the skin. P.S. I also attended a Police Car Show during the summer in Springfield and besides a few vintage Police cars, they had some beautiful Springfield and Massachusetts State Police (MSP) cars. My favorite was a brand new SPD Ford Explorer SUV. Beautiful. If you'd like to see pictures to the galleries email me at tyhampson@gmail.com Again, 5/5!
  2. That setup is very nice! Especially for the first car you've made. Very very nice indeed. Better than a lot of cars I'v seen on this site. And so who cares if its the wrong lightbar, choose another skin. A fictional one perhaps.
  3. If you'd like an actual GCPD Skin for your cars, try BXBUGS123 GPD Crown Victoria. I have an edited version for the skin too.
  4. Nice job and everything but haven't there been dozens of this model before? It seems like theres a new LAPD CVPI coming out every week now.
  5. Well a massive picture for a siren or a music video over a siren doesn't really help.
  6. I live in Massachusetts and have seen many State Troopers, actually I have today. They don't look at all like these. These aren't very well done. I created my own Mass State Trooper by taking the original Strooper model and painted over the yellow lines with a nice blue, and then adding a Campaign hat. The textures don't look very good and the original Strooper models look better than the Cop models for this. I really loved the radio though. It was done quite nicely and should be on more models coming out. And for the custom utility belt, I could go either way. Unfortunately, this model just wasn't in my opinion, of high quality. Also same goes for the Massachusetts vehicles uploaded to this site. (Not be you, just in general) They all are very poorly made and colors aren't right. I guess Massachusetts is complicated.
  7. ^ Already been created. ^
  8. This is an incredible advance from the original Traffic Cop. The is pristine except for the line going down his pants, it it parts awkwardly at his knee caps. The hat is a Black Campaign hat which is beautifully done. I would like to see a fix for the pants!
  9. No GTA. I just downloaded. And 7-Zipped it out successfully.
  10. Does this just replace caddy.wtd and .wft in EFLC? Is the handling only for GTAIV if you're replacing it as noose.wtd and .wft for example?
  11. If it was a request you could've just uploaded it to a place like Mediafire and give him the link.
  12. I need a blank 2048 x 2048 photo, the transparent skin that come with some vehicles. The problem is they all have license plates on them, which sometimes, depending on the CVPI model, can screw around with the doors. ( long story ) So anyone with Adobe Photoshop, all I need is a translucent photo. So when you go to color menu it'll change the colors. Thanks! Sorry about the black background text, I copied and pasted it from another website.
  13. I understand. And thanks for the help, It was in some obscure folder for me in the Windows Games Live Downloads section.
  14. Hi all, I'm running Windows 7, 34 Bit, and I need to know the location of the EFLC files, specifically EFLC.exe which OpenIV is asking for. I want to replace some vehicles using OpenIV and I simply can't because I can't find the directory. I googled all across the web and I couldn't find it. I also did a complete computer search for EFLC.exe and nothing came up. Is it because I bought only one episode (TLAD) of the 2 part EFLC series from the ingame Microsoft Live thing? Very confused Thanks in advance!
  15. Hi all, I recently downloaded TLAD and with that come new Police slots. I installed some ELS vehicles and they didn't work ingame. I scanned the ELS.INI file and found they were set to ''0''. I switched them to ''1'' and then tried to save, but then the save window came up over it as If I was saving a new file I had just typed. I tried to overwrite the file (Which should work) and then it said ''Access is denied''. Does anyone know why I can't do this? There was no Right-Click option to Run as Admin, and my account is an Admin account. I don't know what the problem is. Thanks in advance to everyone!
  16. The nicest charger I'v seen in a while, but will there be a black steel rims option in the future?
  17. The rambar is coming up in my game as bright white. The regular rambar and the big rambar. The NYPD V Rambar is fine. Can you please fix?
  18. Another great Non-ELS vehicle I'll be using, keep up the good work. :)
  19. Hi Community, I'm using a 2012 Impala for my NOOSE Slot. The handling for Noose was obviously not the built for the dimensions of an 2012 Impala because on easy slow turns the Impala often will roll over. Does anyone know a handling line for the 2012 Impala to fix this? All I need is so that the vehicle won't tip! No extra acceleration or anything else too fancy. :) Thanks!
  20. Lol this is a pretty cool idea!
  21. I have no idea what this is.
