Traffic Cop Ped Mod 3.00

This is an awesome mod which modifies your Traffic Cop Ped. I guarantee almost every one will enjoy it.

• The textures dont look like a 5 year old painted them
  
• The textures are crisp in detail
  
• There is a new hat
  

PS: I could not upload in game screen shots of the mod because all of my screen shots turned out black. But I guarantee you it looks really cool.

(Update Notes: People were complaining about the texture on the cargo pants which could sorta be fixed but its mainly the model of the pants' problem. You can slightly see the stripe going under the pants' pockets, so it is basically a ruffle.)
