From the album: LCPD texture pack
The texture pack contains 3 CVPI textures (1 reg. 1 slick 1 K9) 2 Charger textures (1 reg. 1 slick) 2 Tahoe textures (1 reg 1 K9) and 1 Regular Ford Taurus. A future update of the pack will include more textures and a possible uniform* * Uniform TBD -

Go into your scripts folder in the main GTA IV directory and delete these files: firstresponse and firstresponse.net also delete the LCPDFR folder inside the scripts folder

You will have fun here little towns/neighborhoods are just as great as the major parts of the city. If you visit a Fire Station they might let you come inside. A police station might be a different story. You can't walk in there for no reason. LC and NYC are different but similar LC doesn't stand a chance against NYC. Enjoy your stay here in the Big Apple!!

Based on State/city spending budgets, they may have different cars, A fleet of B&W cars are more costly than an all white car.

There is a full version of fraps for free somewhere, just google it. Otherwise as Asuna said, buy it, its worth your money.
