True LOL The idea is good... but I think it would annoy people more than entertain them... l for one would fine it annoying, as i would have to wait to use normal backup and cars.

Make sure the vehicles.img is the original from the game, as i believe it edits something in the textures, try that, then reinstal your modded cars

Its nearly impossible to upgrade a laptop... the best way to fix it would be to use a desktop (as said above) lower your graphics settings to the minimum, or try using a commandline
