I 'm excited to announce the release of Ultimate Questions for STP.  This mod enhances the great work done by BejoLjo and gives every ped you interact with personality and a story.  Ultimate Questions uses STP's traffic stop questions and custom questions to give you infinite role play possibilities.   Each xml has over 10 sub menus of questions you can ask a ped whether in a vehicle on a traffic stop or on foot.   The responses of the peds were created to flow and lead to your next question, the menus are organized with tags for easy navigation.

Hello all! It's been a while since I uploaded any textures. I have been busy training for my local police academy and working the past couple months. Anyways, here is one I recently worked on just for fun and decided that I really liked the texture. I started with only making textures for arrexx's pack but decided to expand the pack to other vehicles. More vehciles will come in the future as well as I expand the pack. Inspiration is from Head of the Harbor Police Department cars. I hope you guys enjoy this and shout out to @arrexx and @Torz for the amazing vehicle packs they created.

V1: I have spent a month or so updating this pack to be more in line with my standards. While not every detail is perfected, I am happy with where it is as of right now. Since Cj24 updated his Code 3 RX2700, I decided to update this pack. Check the version details for a changelog.

I’m proud to present the Taser X26 stun gun replacement mod for GTA V.
 
Includes the base X26 model, a variant with the XDPM module attached, and a variant with the X26c Camera attached.
 
Also included are texture variants for black and yellow and 3 different cartridge texture variants for 15 (Yellow), 21 (Silver), 25 (Green) foot ranges.

Main Installation
Choose a model variant (Base, Cam, or XDPM). Open weapons.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Replace w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd, w_pi_stungun_hi.ydr, w_pi_stungun.ytd, and w_pi_stungun.ydr using files from selected model variant above. Close OpenIV and start GTA V.  
Note: Installation directions written for patch v1011. Other patch versions installation may differ.
 
Installation of texture variants
To install texture variants replace the appropriate w_x26_XX.png in w_pi_stungun+hi.ytd and the w_x26_XX_low.png in w_pi_stungun.ytd.

Here is an LSPD Livery I made up for my game and decided to share. It is made for vehicles from Ripple's Valor pack, Ripple's Liberty pack, and Redneck's Whelen pack, but should work on a lot more. Each sedan in this pack has at least 2 patrol units, each suv/pickup has at least 1 patrol unit and 1 supervisor unit, and various vehicles have K-9 units.

If you're updating to a new version of this pack, all you need to do is replace the dlc.rpf and VCFs (If you installed manually)
If you're installing this pack for the first time, you must follow the steps below.
 
 
-----Manual Installation-----
1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
 
2. Enable Edit Mode
 
3. Drag and drop the "blueghostpack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
 
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
 
5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"
 
6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
    <Item>dlcpacks:/blueghostpack/</Item>
 
7. Click Save
 
8. Drag and drop the VCF.XML files to pack_default folder located at
    Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
 
9. Start GTA V.

So, I started this pack as a little side project but it turns out people wanted this more than the big pack I was working on lol. Its a fictional sheriff's department pack. I saw .Chandler.'s recent sheriff texture pack and I just made cars that I felt fit the livery well.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
 
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.
 
Change it to Los Santos instead of Olathe-
No. I plan on splitting Los Santos into multiple different agencies, and have no intention of having 3 or 4 "Los Santos PDs" in my game.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.
 
Making them respond as backup-
