  1. Hi all, hope someone sees this... Decided to re-try GTA IV, and I've also tried looking at making my own callouts... Whenever I try to compile though, it errors that the LCPD First Response.dll has an invalid public key? All my research shows that there is something wrong with the DLL, that it isn't signed properly or something similar. The same issue occured when I tried to compile the API example. I've made sure to get .net 4.5 targeting working in VS Community 2022, etc. I've tried the API example, I've also tried the API example in the public LCPDFR github page (https://github.com/LMSDev/lcpdfr_public) to no avail. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.
  2. LARU = low acuity response unit. got a stubbed toe? these guys will come out if at all possible. pronounced laroo HARU = trauma truck. carries blood, adv drugs. onboard ccp's and occasionally a doc i think (when i say its a truck its just a santa fe i think, might be one of the new isuzus). pronounced har-roo LARU do sometimes carry mental health clinicians onboard now especially if they're going to someone with flags/records of such.
Before looking at the uniform, I didn't expect much beyond a good first whack at the uniform which seems to be an overly common release with these types of uniforms, but I was wrong about this one, in a warm way if that makes sense? Your attention to detail is amazing, even on the rank epaulet and a hat to match! Easy customization with this texture, change your ranks to suit your needs. The only thing I'm not happy about is the name badge, but hey. shit happens. easy fix I would think. Maybe consider making the pants a bit less vibrant as well, if that makes sense? Picture attached. The color is there, it's just a little to on the eyes. Hard to explain. Either way, very nice job. I think this might become my usual NSWPF uniform given how easy it is.

  11. make a new folder, like in the other versions of lspdfr
  12. Didn't wanna edit my review in response to the updates and etc, your more than welcome for the feedback, thanks for listening and fixing those issues. I have yet to have a look at the API my self, nore can I find it. Do you know where I can find it? I had made bits and bobs previous to 0.4, why not give it a shot again.
some sort of tl;dr at the bottom at the bottom I am not bagging on you, or your mod. Kudos for getting something out quickly. Being the first call out pack out for LSPDFR 0.4, and having these kinds of call outs is impressive, but I feel like this was just a race to see who could get a pack out first. My main concerns are the level of detail within the call outs themselves, specifically the domestic disturbance ones. I only experienced this call twice, and in those times I experienced these outcomes: - Police were unnecessary in this call, once police were on scene and said one sentence which basically said grow up, they dispersed - More importantly, one guy fled from the scene and I failed to start a pursuit by holding B and reporting it, yet a backup unit arrived anyway and assisted in the foot pursuit so I assumed that it was part of this script. It would be really nice to be able to report them and make an actual LSPDFR pursuit happen The rest of the calls are just extensions to the stock LSPDFR call outs, being just pursuits. While pursuits are a lot more enjoyable in 0.4, there isn't much else except for arresting them. Maybe another call out could be that the FIB or similar agency are in a tracking pursuit (following the criminal) and would like you to assist as the main policing component, to which you then have control over that pursuit using LSPDFR native functions (such as the pursuit options in the N menu), allowing the player to either turn the pursuit into a full pursuit or continue tracking the criminal to a certain location, and once the criminal is nearing said location, turn it into a full pursuit and descend all the units onto the said criminal. TL;DR I feel that there would of been, and still is, a race to get all the call out packs and things compatible with 0.4, which according to this post, makes me think it's not going to be very difficult. Only one call out isn't a pursuit call out, and that it's self isn't very detailed. Being the first call out pack out there, I'd like to think there will be a lot more development on this, and that this release was more of a proof of concept, hey I'm here sort of thing.

This siren is primarily used by the Ambulance Service in Queensland, Australia. It contains a yelp and a wail. Please, dear god, read the readme before installing this modification. I will not provide support should your game break. I'm aware that it sounds a little weird in parts, especially the apex of the wail, but there is not much that I can do to mitigate that. That issue was created when I amplified the siren so it could be heard in game. Siren Showcase (ignore the skin on the vehicle) Further updates may be made to the siren, but it is unlikely.

  17. From what I've seen, you have done a fantastic job. Is there any way you may be able to configure it for the num pad, caps and scroll lock lights? That way us plebs can be cool too! :)

  21. Hi, I seem to be continuing to have this issue, non stop. I've tried reinstalling so many times, it's not even funny. Legit copy of GTA V Steam, proof can be provided. Installed vcredist and the directx setups provided by the installation Completely vanilla, no mods at all. Log file: Edit: If it may help, heres a picture of my install:
  22. A little insight into this file: Stapleton county is from an MMO/RPG game called ROBLOX, where you can make groups and things. Stapleton county was one of them. ---------- i have nothing to do with this texture, just thought some background would be nice.
  23. Right click on GTAIV.exe, go to properties, file details check to see what version it says. Are you using the exe or the msi in the zip file the download provides?
