Michael21107 reacted to xDuvii for a file, GTA V + RPH LauncherHey there, are you tired of every time you hop in the game having to click on rage plugin hook, then click in the steam message to accept the launch game with custom arguments... well i did, especially when you're putting or fixing mods over and over. so I created this launcher where when GTA V is started after 30 seconds the rage plugin hook starts. No more dealing to click here and there anymore.
Just put the "GTA V - RPH Launcher.bat" in your GTA main directory and create a shortcut to your desktop(by right clicking the file - send to - desktop to create the shortcut).
Trust me when I say this, after making this launcher I feel that my gta boot up faster and I can go to do something else while is booting up to gameplay.
Your Welcome 🙂 DO NOT REUPLOAD PLEASE APPRECIATE MY WORK.

Michael21107 reacted to BJ USA for a file, Visual Probable CauseVisual Probable Cause
VPC allows you to detect items inside a vehicle before you ever initiate a physical search. This gives you the opportunity to spot contraband or weapons in plain view, providing a lead that will almost always result in a positive find once the vehicle is searched. By reading your VehicleItems.xml and scanning for customizable keywords, plain view observations can be made. This will also provide Non-Item Observations, such as seatbelt and phone violations as well as normal behavior. This is an evolution of my earlier Project Plain View. Whether you are patrolling the high-end streets of Rockford Hills or the dirt roads of Blaine County, VPC ensures that your probable cause is rooted in traditional police work: observation.
DEMO - CLICK HERE FOR A YOUTUBE VIDEO - DEMO
Visual Probable Cause (VPC) transforms your traffic stops and roadside interactions by turning your eyes into your most essential piece of equipment. Instead of relying on guesswork, you find the evidence yourself through direct observation. This modification is designed for those moments when you step out of your cruiser—whether you are walking up to a pulled-over vehicle, patrolling a parking lot, or managing a security checkpoint. It requires you to be on the ground, engaging with the world face-to-face.
INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION:
1. Place VisualProbableCause.dll and VisualProbableCause.ini into Plugins/LSPDFR/.
2. (Optional/Recommended) Replace VehicleSearchItems.xml in Plugins/LSPDFR/StopThePed/ with the included version to enable the 6,300+ item expansion and false-positive logic.
It is highly recommended that you review the .ini before loading the modification for the first time.
I. The Art of the Plain View Observation
This modification works by looking for physical items and behaviors within a vehicle’s cabin while you are on foot. If something is sitting on the dashboard or tucked under a seat, and you have a clear line of sight, you may receive a notification of what you've spotted.
Organic Discovery: Observations happen naturally based on your distance to the vehicle, your walking speed, and your line of sight.
Smart Discrimination: While the behavioral system excludes emergency vehicles, industrial equipment, and aircraft, it intelligently discriminates between motorcycles and passenger vehicles. You can also exclude any specific models you choose via the configuration.
Customizable Velocity Logic: Realistically, you won't be able to spot a pill bottle in a car flying past you. VPC prioritizes vehicles that are stationary or moving at slow speeds near your walking path, though the exact speed threshold can be calibrated in your settings.
II. Observation Categories
VPC recognizes a wide array of items and situations, divided into different categories based on customizable keywords:
🟠 [WEAPON] Tactical Threats: Spotting the grip of a pistol or a holster wedged between the seats.
🟡 [CONTRABAND] Narcotics: Seeing baggies, scales, or suspicious white powder on the floorboards.
🔵 [ALCOHOL] Open Containers: Identifying open bottles or cans in cup holders.
🟣 [STOLEN] Suspected Property: Seeing high-value items or electronics that appear out of place.
🔘 [TOOLS] Criminal Implements: Spotting slim-jims, pry bars, or masks used in the commission of crimes.
⚪ [NIOS] Behavioral & Environment: Observations of the driver's movements—like reaching for a belt—or the vehicle's state, such as a taped-on mirror, fast food wrappers, or a jersey draped over the passenger seat.
The entire notification engine utilizes 37 unique observation prefixes combined with over 1,700 individual narrative strings across all categories and vehicles, creating more than 62,900 possible combinations to ensure no two observations feel the same.
III. Human Error: Officers Make Mistakes
In the real world, things aren't always what they seem at first glance, and VPC reflects this reality. The included VehicleItems.xml is packed with over 6,300 items, a few of which are designed to be false positives.
You might spot what looks like a handgun from the sidewalk, only to realize during a search that it is an antique or a toy. You might see an open container on a center console that turns out to be root beer. Additionally, your focus may not always land on the most dangerous item; sometimes you will pick up on an open alcohol container but miss a gun entirely.
Don't feel bad if you see something that isn't there or if you miss a threat. These red herrings and oversights are intentional; they test your judgment and remind you that a plain view observation is a lead, not always a conviction.
IV. Intelligent Item Injection
VPC is designed to work alongside other popular mods like Stop The Ped. However, VPC goes a step further by seeding items into vehicles that are parked or simply driving around—cars you have not even pulled over yet.
Universal XML Support: While a massive VehicleItems.xml is included, VPC is flexible. It can read from any standard VehicleItems.xml you already have installed.
The White Text Detail: You may notice that some items found by this mod appear as white text in your search menus, while other mods might use colored text. This is a technical marker indicating the item was placed by the VPC background logic. These items are fully functional and will correctly trigger notifications and charges.
Total Control: If you prefer to let other mods handle all vehicle contents, you can disable the injection logic in the .ini. VPC will then simply read whatever items are already there.
V. Stop the Ped Only, no PR--- I tried.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the maker of Policing Redefined, in the current version at least, the way his code seeds items into inventory won't cooperate. Basically, his mod seeds them upon interaction with the vehicle, where VPC and STP seed it before, allowing this mod to read the data before searching. I tried very hard. The outcome resulted in items only being found on the driver side, regardless of where they are. So I could put it out but, eh. I didn't enjoy playing with VPC and PR so I didn't think anyone really else would either.
Looking forward to future releases of PR to reevaluate this.

Michael21107 reacted to BluelineLabs for a file, RedBlock CalloutsRedblock Callouts by BlueLine Labs is a realism-focused LSPDFR callout pack built around slow-burn, observation-driven police encounters instead of instant action scenarios.
Current Scope (Version 1.0.1)
Right now, the pack focuses exclusively on narcotics-related scenarios.
This is intentional.
Instead of spreading across multiple callout types early, Redblock Callouts goes deeper into a single category to deliver a more immersive and unpredictable experience than typical callouts.
Within these narcotics scenarios, you may encounter:
Suspicious hand-to-hand activity
Dealers and buyers behaving casually before escalation
Situations that evolve based on your presence and actions
Outcomes that shift between compliance, fleeing, or violence
No two encounters are guaranteed to play out the same way.
What Makes It Different?
This mod is not about instant action it is about reading the situation.
Redblock Callouts emphasizes:
Observation before engagement
Suspect awareness based on line of sight, movement, lighting, and proximity
Natural behavior instead of scripted reactions
Escalation that depends on how you approach the scene
If you rush in, you might burn the scene.
If you take your time, you might catch something bigger.
Early Release
This is an early version of the project. More callout types will come later, but the current focus is building a strong foundation with high-quality narcotics scenarios first.
Expect:
More variation
Additional behaviors
New callout categories over time
Intended Experience
This pack is for players who want:
Slower, investigative gameplay
More believable suspect behavior
Less arcade-style encounters
Higher tension through uncertainty
Scenarios that reward patience and decision-making

Michael21107 reacted to Stealth22 for a file, ALPR+ALPR+
ALPR+ is a plugin that I have been thinking about for a while now, but just never got around to writing it. After publishing major updates for both Code 3 Callouts and LSPDFR Computer+, I now have had some more time to devote to this.
ALPR+ is intended to model a real life ALPR (automated license plate recognition) system used by many police departments across the United States, as well as in Canada and other countries around the world. There are many different types of systems out there, and I must admit, I am not really familiar with the intricacies of any of them. However, I've done my best to make this plugin as realistic as possible.
The concept of ALPR+ was inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle. However, due to unknown reasons, Danielle has not been able to update Realistic ANPR in quite some time. It is quite unfortunate, as she did some great work on that plugin, and worked hard to make it as realistic as it was. I hope that I'm able to do the same with ALPR+. Like I said, I am not familiar with ALPR systems at all, and I've obviously had to develop ALPR+ from scratch.
ALPR+ is a plugin that I am quite proud of, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed developing it!!
Features
Inspired by the Realistic ANPR plugin by Danielle Realistic detection logic which takes various factors into consideration, including vehicle distance, angle, line of sight, camera field of view, etc When alerts are triggered, the player only receives information that the ALPR system would know You don't get a blip on your map! The only information you receive is the vehicle model, color, which camera triggered the alert, and the license plate Configuration file with customizable camera settings (for advanced users only; default values are highly recommended) Eight different types of ALPR alerts, each with it's own potential probability weight Stolen Vehicle Outstanding Warrant Suspended Driver's License Expired Driver's License Vehicle Registration Expired Vehicle Not Registered Vehicle Insurance Expired No Vehicle Insurance ALPR system automatically disables itself during traffic stops or pursuits, and re-enables them when the situation is Code 4 Integration with LSPDFR API NOTE: ALPR+ does change some vehicle and ped records; LSPDFR natively generates a lot of peds with outstanding warrants, or expired/suspended licenses Sound notifications when alerts are triggered Integration with Traffic Policer API (optional feature) Developer API Set (or clear) either a pre-defined or custom flag on a specific vehicle Events that are triggered when an event is either generated, or displayed Get the ALPR flag for a specific vehicle Get a list of ALPR results for the current session

Michael21107 reacted to Qwerasdzxc for a file, Tow Truck ServiceThis is a script that gives you an option to call Tow Truck Service.
Changelog:
- In V1.3:
- Added the Fast tow option which you can activate by pressing Y (default, you can change it in the TowTruck.ini) which spawns a Tow Driver in front of your car and simply tows your car off, without the need for Tow Driver to exit the vehicle and write the license plates <== Bad for Roleplaying but usefull when you're in hurry
- Reduced the default Radius for towing to 10f
- Fixed more bugs
- In V1.2b:
- Added the reset key which resets the tow truck and the driver simply by pressing the reset_key button, located in TowTruck.ini (default R)
- Reset is usefull when the Tow truck gets stuck or driver gets killed
- Fixed lots of bugs, making the mod much more reliable now
- In V1.2:
- Added the configuration file (.ini) so now users can change the key for calling Tow Truck Service and change the radius for selecting the closest vehicle for Service to tow
- Added even more realistic scenario now, where the driver actually drives to you to tow the selected car
- Now all Tow Truck drivers drive vehicles to the parking lot (still a bit buggy)
- Fixed more bugs
- In V1.1b:
- Added a realistic scenario where the driver now exits the tow truck, writes the plate number of the selected vehicle and drives it off
- You now have to wait one minute before you can call the Tow Truck Service again
- Fixed a couple of bugs
- In V1.1:
- Fixed a bug where a truck wouldn't spawn when using LSPDFR mod
- Changed some text when Tow Driver tows a car
Featuring:
- When you call a Tow Truck Service, a driver with a Tow truck will come and tow the closest vehicle next to you!
Working on:
- Adding better animations and tasks for Tow driver
Known bugs:
- Report possible bugs in the comments!
Troubleshooting:
- Before you say in the comments that it's not working do the following:
1. Copy everything from ScriptHook and ScriptHookDotNet folder in my mod
2. Paste in your GTA V install folder
3. Put TowTruck.dll into scripts folder (located wherever you installed GTA V)

Uses the Traffic Policer API (if it is installed) to also show a vehicle's insurance information. Search fields are automatically filled out with the subject's information during a traffic stop, so all you have to do is press a button! Dynamic backgrounds! Depending on which police vehicle you're in, you'll get a specialized department background. Comes with RDE support. Looks practically identical to the LCPDFR computer (in terms of the layout). Active Calls screen, which shows all callouts sent by Dispatch, even the ones that AI units respond to! (Must have participating callout plugins installed for this to work) Computer+ has its own API, for callout developers to use!! Computer+ will automatically add LSPDFR+ court case when you create an arrest report. (LSPDFR+ by @Albo1125 is required). Computer+ now have ability to create citation for stopped ped on foot. After stopping a ped (by holding E key) or using "Stop The Ped", you may open Computer+ and create a citation for the ped. Make sure you have the latest "CitationDefinitions.xml" in place which has a public citation category. After it's created, return to the ped and give the citation to the ped (default key: LControlKey + PgUp). You may open Computer+ as a tablet while on foot. (default key: LControlKey + NumPad0)
Installation
Place ComputerPlus.dll, ComputerPlus.ini and the ComputerPlus folder in Plugins\LSPDFR\.
LSPDFR will automatically load Computer+ when you go on duty.
Usage
While in a stationary police vehicle, hold E or the Right D-Pad button to bring up Computer+.
Configuration
If you open the ComputerPlus.ini file, you will notice a few things.
You can change the username and/or password that is displayed on the login screen to anything you want.
You can also adjust which backgrounds are shown for which vehicles.
To give an additional police vehicle a background, simply add another entry in the format vehiclename:bgfile.jpg
ENSURE THAT THE VEHICLE YOU'RE ADDING IS A POLICE VEHICLE AND THE BACKGROUND FILE IS IN .JPG FORMAT.
Developers
Keep an eye on the Computer+ Developers Wiki, over at -- https://github.com/PieRGud/ComputerPlus/wiki
If callout developers need any help integrating their plugins, you can contact @BejoIjo, @ainesophaur or @PieRGud on the LSPDFR Developers Discord server (link is in the API forums)
Additional Info
Computer+ does not replace the default LSPDFR computer.
So, if you don't always want to use Computer+ during your patrols, then you need not worry - the default computer is still there.
Known Issues
Your cursor is frozen in the middle or does not move Pause GTA (if you cannot, unload LSPDFR) Go to Settings Keyboard / Mouse Mouse Input Method Set to "Raw Input" Your cursor does not appear ... make sure the display resolution in game matches your windows display resolution. If the resolutions do not match, you will not see a mouse cursor If you have multiple monitors, make sure GTA's Graphic Settings have the same "Output Monitor" set as the same monitor set as your windows primary monitor. Example, if you have three monitors and your left monitor is your primary windows monitor, make sure GTA's Output Monitor is set to the left monitor -- if GTA isn't set to the same primary monitor as windows, you will not see a mouse GTA5 freezes / drops to 1fps while computer+ is open.. ...after you alt+tabbed out of the game.. If you plan to alt tab out of the game, play in windows boardless Try to untick the option to draw the background before leaving the game screen. Until there is a way to detect if the game has focus, this seems to be the only solution ...after you opened the Rage console Don't do that.. seems to be an issue with Rage's handling of form events and the console key presses ....after you pressed the escape key Don't do that... Rage forms do not like the escape key pressed multiple times

!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT NOTES !!!!!
If your game is crashing when opening ped or vehicle information window, please be informed that GTA V has very limited memory allocation for plugins which tends to crash your game when you have too many plugins installed. To prevent crashing, please try the followings:
Download and install a good "gameconfig.xml" which might increase memory space for plugins. We recommend the one created by "dilapidated" Reduce your mods and plugins by disabling them one by one until your game is stable => !!!! Especially reduce a few "RagePluginHook" plugins in "GTA V\Plugins\" folder !!!! If your game is still crashing, try to disable Computer+ components: Disable ped image by setting the flag in the .ini file (set DisplayPedImage=false) Disable vehicle image by setting the flag in the .ini file (set DisplayVehicleImage=false) Disable random history report generator in the .ini file (set RandomHistoryReport=false) -

Michael21107 reacted to debuggyt for a file, OutfitTogglerOutfit Toggler is a standalone plugin I made per request of people in opus' discord server. What it does is allow the player to toggle multiple clothing options practically taking specific clothing on or off. For example you can remove and put back on your gloves but for your hair, some hair variations allow you to switch between a bun and back to normal. At the moment, the menu allows you to toggle/switch your: Hair, Bag, Glasses, Ear, Necklace, Bracelet, Watch, Vest, Mask, Shoes, Hat, Gloves, Pants, Shirt, Jacket, Hat variations (visor) and Open/close bags. Bug reports, pull requests, suggestions and more can be made on the GitHub.
This plugin is open source and the code can be found on my GitHub, linked above.
Thank you to @OfficerBenzo for this showcase & installation video (version 2.5.0)
This resource REQUIRES RageNativeUI to work, it is bundled with GitHub and LSPDFR releases, if you are unsure how to install the plugin or RageNativeUI just extract all the files in your main game files folder.
If you have a YouTube channel and have made a video showcasing the plugin then please link your video in my discord server (can be found in my profile bio) if you want it featured on here. Would love to possibly get some setup + showcase videos.

PLEASE DO NOT PM ME WITH SUPPORT REQUESTS, OR POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE WITH ME FIRST.
FOR ANY SUPPORT RELATED ISSUES, PLEASE POST A COMMENT ON THIS PAGE, OR POST IN THE KEEP CALM FORUM TOPIC.
** NOTE REGARDING RPH CRASHES **
If your GTA V crashes to the desktop, and RPH says that the crash was most likely caused by Keep Calm...to put it simply, it most likely was not caused by Keep Calm.
RPH tries to detect which plugin caused the crash by calculating which plugin was running at the time of the crash. Keep Calm runs constantly in the background, so naturally, RPH will think that Keep Calm is the culprit whenever you have a game crash.
GTA V can CTD for any number of reasons. Keep Calm does not do anything heavy enough to cause a game crash...I am not saying that it will never happen, but it has never happened in the history of Keep Calm's development. Anyone who has reported a CTD crash so far has had their issues stemming from elsewhere.
If you get an RPH crash that says Keep Calm was the cause, try un-installing Keep Calm, or disabling it from starting in the RPH settings. If the crashes persist, your issues are being caused by something else.
If the crashes go away, then re-install Keep Calm by downloading the latest release from LCPDFR.com. If the crashes then return, we need to diagnose the issue further, and you should post a comment here (or in the forum topic) so we can look into it.
** IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE ENTITY PERSISTENCE MOD!! **
If you use the Entity Persistence mod by FtDLulz, you need to do ONE of two things...
If ped persistence is enabled, ensure that it is set to only 'persist' dead peds, not live ones (this is the default setting, to my knowledge) OR...Disable ped persistence entirely
If ped persistence is enabled, and set to 'persist' LIVE peds, then Keep Calm will have NO effect at all!! (Not to mention that you will have performance issues if you do that!)
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Requirements
You must have at least version v0.41 of the RAGE Plugin Hook installed, LSPDFR v0.3.1, as well as v1.6.0.1 of the Stealth.Common DLL, which is packaged with this release. Keep Calm will check these versions on startup, and will refuse to run if older versions are installed.
You must have a fully legal, non-pirated version of GTA V.
Installation
- Copy the Keep Calm.dll and Keep Calm.ini files into the Plugins folder of your GTA V directory.
- Copy the Stealth.Common.dll file into your main/root GTA V directory.
Features
- Nearby drivers and pedestrians should not panic in the event of gunfire (police officers are excluded)
- Some customization is available via the config file
- Peds spawned by LSPDFR and LSPDFR plugins are excluded, to eliminate conflicts with callout plugins
Usage
- Press the toggle keybind (CTRL + 9 by default) to start/stop Keep Calm
- Keep Calm will start on it's own by default, unless the auto-start is disabled in the config file
Known Issues
Please note that GTA V does not always provide access to every pedestrian and vehicle in the area, and some peds may spawn AFTER the "calming" function has already been triggered. It runs in the background continuously, but each ped has to be modified individually.
As a result, some drivers and pedestrians may still panic in the event of gunfire. This may improve as new versions of the RAGE Plugin Hook are released.
This plugin has been released with the intent of minimizing the panic attacks experienced by the AI.
The panic attacks will NOT be eliminated completely, however, this plugin should hopefully minimize them enough to make the game more enjoyable. The main intent with this plugin is to not have drivers run officers over when they are in the middle of making an arrest after a pursuit.

Michael21107 reacted to Leroy100 for a file, Clean Up The MessThis plugin is no longer supported!
Due to life changes, I am no longer able to keep this plugin updated or provide support. While it should still work fine with the current version of LSPDFR and GTAV, there may be incompatibilities. Thank you to everyone who has downloaded it! I had a fun time making it.
I initially made this plugin for myself to fit my play style but thought I might as well upload it. There are other plugins and mods out there that do a lot of the same things as this plugin. It is very basic and has not been optimized or tested for compatibility. Expect bugs.
Clean Up the Mess allows you to....clean up the mess. The AI in GTA is not very smart as we all know. This plugin helps you clean up the mess that they cause. You can delete individual peds and vehicles or clear a whole area of peds and vehicles using different settings. You also have the ability of ordering all nearby peds to leave the area and fixing any nearby police vehicles. The fix all police vehicles option is especially useful during pursuits when AI cops are determined to aim directly for trees, buildings, other vehicles, and just about anything else they think will destroy their car the fastest.

Michael21107 reacted to Leroy100 for a file, Leroy CalloutsThis callout pack is no longer supported!
Due to life changes, I am no longer able to keep this pack updated or provide support. While all callouts should still work fine with the current version of LSPDFR and GTAV, there may be incompatibilities. Thank you to everyone who has downloaded this pack! I had a fun time making it.
This pack currently adds 13 callouts, each with different possible outcomes.
Current Callouts
Panic Button Carjacking Stalking Public Urination Aggressive Panhandling Customer Refusing to Leave Person Vandalizing Vehicle Elderly Civilian Lost Security Guard Attacked Underage Person with Fake ID Purchasing Alcohol- Suggested by @OfficerJamesCarterr Homeless Person on Private Property- Suggested by @OfficerJamesCarterr Fighting- Suggested by UnmotivatedArsonists on Discord Disturbance- This callout has a few different scenarios For a couple of these callouts I tried to make some that I don't see very often in other callout packs.
Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.9 or higher Latest version of Rage Plugin Hook RAGENativeUI 1.9 or higher by alexguirre (Included) Open All Interiors by NewTheft (only needed for Security Guard Attacked callout. If you do not want Open All Interiors, you can disable this callout in the INI) Not required, but I would highly recommend Stop The Ped by BejoIjo
Known Bugs, Issues, and Other Things
Elderly Civilian Lost: If you get into your vehicle after calling a taxi for the civ the callout will think you are driving the civ home. Just ignore the instructions and mini-map until the civ gets into the taxi. The callout should automatically end afterward. The civ may immediately get out of the taxi after entering it One of the paramedics may get out of the ambulance after entering it
