Yes I know about the trees, the map mod is imported from SA to IV and most of SA map mods use those horrible trees and the author didnt change em when importing the map to IV. -

RMN60 means a file is missing or incompatible (ie. not original). Are you using the LaunchGTAIV.exe that came with your game?

Theres alot of hideouts around LC. But sometimes the thief drives around for like an hour lol.. How much was your distance to the thief btw? Also in which part of the city were you in?

Did you use the scripthook that came with the mod? If you did, you should try using the newest one. You can find it by Googling "GTA IV scripthook" or something like that

Did you put the "taxiMissions.asi" to your games main folder?
