I use F2 to capture a clip, go to Video Editor via the ingame phone, edit the camera angle I want for the pic to have, use Fraps to take the screenshot, upload to here. Thats it lol :p -

I bought EFLC too from Steam a few days ago :P I had the disc version but I find the Steam version easier to use, and it was only 7,49€ so it wasnt that bad. Also, thanks for the heads-up :)

LCPD Skin Pack by Michael V. -
Replace the modded files with the original files. If you have the original vehicles.img just replace the modded one with the original one. Then try to install it, if that doesnt help you have to ask the author of the pack. Ive only installed it once and I didnt have any problems with that pack

The player and car customization was epic, and the hunting :O And GTA Online.. Just... Epic, I cant wait to play that game myself:D
