I just began playing it this week. I love it thus far. Pretty cool mods, but there is a definitely a lot to learn. It is very realistic as far as the noises and physics go. Graphics and performance wise though it is shit. I would recommend it though. I will also be uploading of video of me playing it soon(:

U.S. Marshals had a chase through my city this morning. The vehicle they chased had an alert for burglary out of a different county here in Minnesota. Decided to post this since I have never heard of anything like this. Leave your thoughts below! I thought there was great communication throughout. SIOUX CITY | Sioux City police on Friday released dashboard camera footage of the shooting of Officer Kevin McCormick in April 2013. McCormick was shot in the head during a traffic stop in the 1300 block of West Fourth Street. Jamal Dean was arrested in Riviera, Texas, days later. The footage was released after Dean and his brother were on trial for a separate drug-related case. The video shows McCormick pulling a silver sedan over in an alley. Dean gets out of the passenger side an fires eight shots at the cruiser. McCormick puts the cruiser in reverse and says "shots fired, shots fired" into police radio. The shooting -- the first involving Sioux City police since 1982 – touched off an intense multi-agency manhunt that has extended far beyond Sioux City. McCormick was shot in the forehead, above the right eye. He later returned to the force.

You tried OBS? There are a few settings you have to change to get it to work for GTA IV. If you google it you should be able to find the solution. I personally use nvidia shadowplay. It's free w/ GTX 600+ graphics cards.

All I really need is the ability to perform traffic stops and arrest people. All of the other stuff isn't really necessary, and if the developers only had to focus on those two features that would exponentially expedite the release of lspdfr :D
