HELLO EVERY ONE!!! This is my very 1st skin I made for GTA 4. Its from the Milwaukee police department in Wisconsin, I like to give some history on things I make so here it is. The Milwaukee Police department works in one of the worst cities in the USA, the NYPD sends homicide officers to Milwaukee to learn how they handle homicides. Also they send higher rank officers to learn how we handle chase's and officer downs; so do a lot of other big police departments. Milwaukee use to be in the top 10 worst city for crime in just 6 years the MPD has brought it up/down to 36! Once again this is my 1st skin so don't yell at me if there is a little texture error or some thing I have played with them and they look pretty good. I would like to thank rockstar for making this awesome game. Also the members of LCPDFR.com I would also like to thank that one kid that did that one thing for me that one time. Please don't take credit for this work if you like it tell your friends tell your mother tell your dog tell every one you can think of!!!! Also to the people who make all the awesome cool cop cars. The special thing about this police texture if you believe in it you will live longer!!! :biggrin:

I love this game been playing it for years, if you download the ace mod you get 40 new guns and new tanks and stuff plus with jsrs sound mod it makes it the most realistic war game out their. The bullet drop the wind and every thing effects your bullet like sniping you need to zero in your scope of you ever want to hit some thing. Like people said with out teamwork mind as well not even play. If you love call of duty or battle field please don"t play this game unless you know how to work in a team. I'm making a clan called usnf ( United States Navy Force.) goin to have US navy seals, marines and the airforce. If any one is intrusted just pm me I need team leaders for marines and air force also just team members.

No they won't make a police game, don't know why because LA nora which is mostly a police game was one of their top sellers.... But nope

Like i said you should be able to run it at the cost of like 25 fps maybe lower or higher. If you install it and find out you have like 20 fps max turn settings down just a little bit and turn shadows on low or even off to gain some fps. If you can run GTA 4 on median high or Very high graphics and have pretty good fps you should be able to run icehancers.

what graphics card? just add it to your post above so we don't spam post Let me reword what i just said didn't make sense. From what I seen you can run your game on high at about 30+ fps correct me if i'm wrong. If you are getting better than 35 fps than you should be able to install it and say at about 25 fps or so. Really up to you their is other things that can make your game look better that you download just hit me up if you need me to explain better as I have a really bad headache and don't know if this makes sense or not... lol

Makes the game look alot nicer but you need a pretty good computer to run it need a graphics card that is at lest a geforce GTX 560 ti This is what your game would look like if you downloaded it. I have a Geforce GTX 560 ti and i run it at only 20 fps...

Don't think so as all the handling in the game is mostly based off the handling.dat If you only have a few modded cars just find them again and change the handling to what it says in the read me, those cars won't slip and slide but the stocked cars will. Check by hills and where cars speed a lot you will see them slipping and sliding.

Its because you have modded cars, the handling won't work with modded cars ( beside police cars) in other words will only work with stocked cars and most modded police cars.

i don't know how but there is this handling mod i used when I had it it should of came with the snow mod latest version http://www.gtagarage...how.php?id=5740 If i find it i will let you know but mine came in the 4 gb download lol... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Should really read all the post before I post. Another thing is you can't have custom cars only default cars will work, I had that flipping problem make sure every file is where it should be. If every thing worked out this is what it should look like with the handling
