I had this same problem but !!! I solved it by running the game as administrator/admin. Than I restarted my computer, if that still doesn't work download advanced system care and do a full scan than fix all errors when it ask you to. That's how I fixed my game...

Hope they make the people more real like, the cops don't swear every 5 sec when you walk pass them. Get rid of the fat ass cops, people talk more normal. Crime happening in the city, like in SA I think it was if left your car in a bad area some people would get in it and drive off. I know in saints role 2, some times when you walked in on a clothes store it would be getting robbed. Also better physics when a car crashes you can total your car not crash into some thing going 500 mph and able to drive away.

Try a total war game there are many of them just to name a few. ROME total war, Age of empires total war ect... All really fun strategy games

Your two posts have been merged Like some one said before, would be nice to have some one do a arm robbery at one of the stores you can walk in. Like the clothes store some one robs it you respond and you have to try to find the guy. Another thing when you search on the computer maybe at random times like a 1-30 thing a vehicle will come back stolen. Don't know if you can do this or not but have there calls to people trying to steal a car you respond some times they get in the car and drive off some times run away or just give up. Also jumpers on some buildings you can go in and run all the way to the stop have people threatening to jump off use the same system now just they take a step forward off the building. Also my last idea random bad drivers like your just patrolling than out of no where a car comes racing up the wrong side of the street or the side walk ect... Just a few thoughts.. I like the idea of a M4 in the trunk of the car. with like 2 or 3 mags same thing with pistol only 2 or 3 mags as they have in real life.

Hello every one... So like it said my computer isnt getting the FPS it sholud. Before I upgraded my graphics card from a 220 to a geforce gtx 560 ti, I got about 20 fps. Since I updated to the Geforce GTX 560 TI I still only get about 20 fps. WTF? Here are my specs. I have the Graphics card set to performance ( I think) Don't know what to do. I know its not my CPU yes I could upload but that's not reason why i am getting 20 fps max on GTA and other games. I would say Milwaukee county police department and also Milwaukee county sheriff as they have brought down crime by alot. Milwaukee use to be the worst city to live in for crime think it was number 9. Now its number 36 in just 4 years.
