  1. Are you looking for actual models to be build, that match these vehicles? Or, liveries/skin textures that match the agencies - but, using existing models available on LSPDFR or wherever? I do liveries - so, if that is what you are looking for, send me a DM here. Maybe we can figure something out.
  2. Did you get this sorted out yet? If not, let me know - I could probably help you out. Either reply here, or send me a DM.
  3. I use GIMP......but, I would think Photoshop would be similar. Is there a function where you can find "image" then "scale"? Might bring up a window with adjustable parameters - look for the numbers 4096, and change them to 2048. That should convert the texture to 2k (2048 x 2048) from the 4k (4096 x 4096).
  4. Hey - I know it has been a couple months since you posted..........did you get any direct responses to this request? If not, I might be able to help you out. But........I downloaded your mediafire file, and it just had a bunch of screenshots in it - and I can't really make out the livery design all that well. Certainly not well enough to put anything together. By saying you have the "body texture and back texture as well as the badge logo" - does that mean you have all the design pieces to make the livery, and just need someone to put it together in a graphics program for you?
  5. This update, and - quite frankly - the entire callout pack.........looks absolutely amazing! I cannot begin to imagine the amount of work this all entailed! Thank you, THANK YOU!
  6. Nice looking liveries! But, hate to be "that guy".........on the CVPI and Charger, the more basic livery design - the text reads LOS SANTS
  7. I know what you mean about the letters getting larger as the grey area widens towards the back of the car. It is an interesting design effect.......don't see it too often! As for how to do it..........not sure what graphics program you use. Thinking about how I would do it in GIMP - I would type out the text, then look for a function along the lines of "skew" or "perspective change" or "3D transform". Something that allows you to increase/decrease the size of one end, without altering the other, and gives a smooth angle transition between them.
  8. Yeah, that is actually pretty common. I would say that most devs don't mind someone making other liveries available for their models, but don't want their model directly shared with the livery. Just the link back to their original pack, like you also posted, or suggestions of a couple examples of vehicles or packs that your liveries will fit, is usually the best way to go. In the way of constructive feedback on these two........looking good overall. I did notice a couple things, though. Roof numbers - seem to be mostly underneath the lightbar.......you might want to pull them back a bit further. And, on the Charger - the bumper and roof numbers don't match.....one is 829 and the other is 869. I have this agency on my project list, actually - will have to keep an eye on the others you post, lol!
  9. ummmmmm..........not really sure what you mean? In my "As always" list at the bottom, I do mention: - please do not repost/upload or claim the liveries and work as your own, on this or any other site So, no........I do not want anyone "redistributing" these, outright sharing, or otherwise claiming them as your own. You can certainly freely share the direct link back to this page - would rather have other download directly from here. What you do with the liveries in your OWN game is yours. If you are thinking of using them in a server, just ask..........shouldn't be a problem with that, as long as credit comes back to me. Does that answer your question, or was I missing your intent? Let me know what you are wanting or need - maybe we can figure something out, thanks!
  10. The "livery number" you insert into Ultimate Backup corresponds to the "sign_#" in your model's .ytd file. So, entering the line " livery="1" " in the UB xml file for your helo would be "as350_sign_1", in the .ytd. Should work no differnt than for car models. That is the way you can have the same model and base livery - but, with different callsigns, or some "Supervisor" cars floating around as well. You can dig down deeper into the xml as well - and specify that when you call for a Supervisor through UB, the model with the Supervisor markings is the one that shows up. Or, K9. Or, CSI. Etc If you do nothing in the xmls, then those extra liveries will be randomly rotated by the game as the model spawns. Taking it a step further, and digging around some more, this kind of customization will allow you to use the same vehicle models - but, for different agencies/areas. Maybe there is a Durango or Tahoe model that you absolutely love, and want to use it in more than one agency. With the model loaded in - you could get as detailed as specifying that "sign_1" and "sign_2" respond as your city agency, and only in the city. Then, maybe "sign_3" and "4" are your Sheriff units - and respond only in the County areas. Maybe "sign_5" is your State unit. If the model comes with extras (ram bar, ALPRs, antennas, etc)..........I want to say that maybe there is even a way to specify what extras spawn with the model in certain areas. Lots of customization available! Getting back to your AS350 - those additional liveries could be used in the same fashion, allowing you to use the same model across the state.
  11. Does the model come with a "+hi_ytd" file as well? If so, you need to add your livery file to that as well - if you don't, maybe it is conflicting with the livery that came with the model?? Otherwise - definitely weird that OpenIV shows things fine, but the ingame spawn is off - almost looking like the wrong template was used.
  12. Well.......wow. I don't think I will have to download another vehicle model ever again!! LOL, I mean - holy crap.......when the "showcase" video is 10 mins long....... Thanks for much for this - the models, the templates (even lighting templates - c'mon, who does this!), the options - will look forward to using it!
  13. Thanks for sharing these (and your other logo packs, too!) for us to put to use! Much appreciated!
  14. Thanks very much - glad you like it! Like I said, let me know if you want a couple of the other unit number liveries for some variety in your game.

Anyone running a Pittsburgh-based game? Have I got a deal for you.........how about a Pittsburgh EMS Paramedic Rescue Ambulance livery to with it? Long, sad story to this one. Took on this livery as a private commission request, back in January. He had specified the model to use - Candice's 2015/16 F350 SuperDuty (the non-ELS version is linked belowl, the ELS version is on gta5-mods). Took me a month or so to do. I spent a crap ton of time on this to get things accurate. I am pretty fussy with getting high quality details to show in game. Ended up reworking the main crest/logos quite a lot - because the available online images just didn't look good enough once I shrunk them down to fit the model. That "Freedom House Ambulance" crest? (look that up - some great history there with that organization) Made that up completely from scratch. Same with the PA State licensure crest. Overall was really pleased and proud with how it turned out. Was in touch with the guy frequently - updates, questions, screenshots for approvals, etc. Got the final approval from him for the livery. The guy actually wanted 13 liveries done - one for each of the "Medic" units that Pittsburgh runs with, along with distinct license plates. A week later, had all of those ready - individual unit numbers, and matching unit specific license plates. Sent him a screenshot of a folder with all 13 livery png files in it as proof...........next day, get a message back that he "is no longer interested in the mod. Thank you". WTF? In a week, you lost interest in LSPDFR? And, no offer to compensate me in some fashion for my work and time. Great. Thanks. 🤬😠😒 Anyhow - been sitting on these since the end of January. Figured I might as well offer it out to the community, rather than wasting away on my hard drive. Hoping that maybe someone out there will get some use and enjoyment out of it! I've only posted the livery for Medic 12. As I said, there are another 12 liveries ready to go. If you are running a Pittsburgh-based game, and want a couple other unit numbers for some variety in the ambulances you see, please let me know - either comment here, or a DM - would be happy to send you a couple of the other unit livery files. Also, if there is interest - I could rework this into a lore-friendly version, or for another one of the common ambulance models available. Let me know! Here is the link to Candice's model on LSPDFR........(lol - not sure I should post a link to the other website for the ELS version!) I hope you enjoy! As always: - please let me know if you have any issues with the liveries - feel free to use these liveries on any other vehicles in your game that they happen to fit/work with, but I can only guarantee that they will work with the vehicle models I suggested - while I strive for accuracy on the livery itself, I may have had to take some artistic license to "fill in the blanks" where I could not find a photo reference - while I tried to match the vehicles in general terms to what the agency uses, I make no guarantee that these vehicles are exact matches in regards to model year, equipment, lighting, etc - if there is another vehicle/pack that you want the liveries to work with, please let me know in the comments or by a DM - I am sure we can work something out. Or, if you are able, go ahead and rework the livery to another template yourself to use - but, for use in your game only.........please don't repost and claim the work as your own - feel free to share photos or use in videos (would love to see some of those!)........just give credit back to me - please do not repost/upload or claim the liveries and work as your own, on this or any other site - I would appreciate and look forward to any feedback, comments, or reviews - I am not responsible for "breaking" your game........none of these files will do that, if installed properly. If you are not sure on how to do so, YouTube and Google are your friends! Do you have a specific livery request? Maybe your hometown or local area Police/Fire/Ambulance/Tow/whatever service? Please contact me via DM here to discuss further.........
  15. Hey - like I said in my (lengthy......lol) description, I didn't make these liveries for a specific vehicle. The original commission request was based on templates only - Matt's 16/18 Charger, and a 21 Durango. Those templates and base models are used by numerous vehicle devs. For my testing and screen pics, I did use vehicle models from Emergency Distributors. I believe I used this particular Durango. For the Charger, I don't recall exactly which vehicle pack from ED that I used for the model......you could probably check any of EDs packs that have Chargers (the regular Chargers......not the SRT, Demons, etc). ED released an LSPD pack and a BCSO pack in May that have Chargers. Thanks very much!

Hello there!! Anyone out there with a Michigan-based game? Are you a fan of, or looking for, the Lapeer County Sheriff? Then, this might just be the livery pack for you! It has been awhile since I posted any liveries on here - have been busy with private requests or commissions, and learning lots as I continue to improve....... These liveries actually came out of a commission request. However, due to a teeny bit of miscommunication...........I initially made them with the real agency name, instead of the lore-friendly version that was asked for. As well, I went a bit overboard.......making a number of the other livery variations I found online for the Lapeer County Sheriff. We figured out the Blaine County part, and ultimately all that was wanted were the basic Patrol versions for the Charger and Durango. Rather than leaving my efforts and liveries to sit on my hard drive, I was graciously given permission to share the original liveries and variations I had done with the LSPDFR community! When I make liveries, I always strive for accuracy and attention to detail. I hope the real reference photos I included along with the in-game screen shots above can attest to my efforts. On these particular designs, I significantly reworked an online image of the Michigan Sheriff logo to improve the in-game quality; and, the K9 Team Sheriff star was made almost completely from scratch. The lightning bolts (Lapeer High School Lightning) on the School Resource Officer livery weren't easy either! I also added a "hexagonal texture" overlay (see Credits for details) on top of the markings - to create the impression and look of reflective decals (*** this does nothing in game, unfortunately ***). As opposed to my other livery releases, these ones were not made with a specific vehicle or pack in mind. They were done with a more generalized "Charger" and "Durango" request - essentially based on templates only. Those templates are fairly common, and will likely work with a number of vehicle models from different devs. The Charger template is for the very common 2016/18 base model from Matt. The Durango is for the 2021 base model that is out there. I won't recommend exact vehicle models - but, for my OpenIV and in-game testing/screenshots, I did use models from Emergency Distrubutors for both vehicles. In the download folder I have provided, you will find folders for your choice of either 2k or 4k quality. Within those, are sub-folders for the Charger and Durango - which then contain 4 liveries for the Charger, and 3 for the Durango. ** PLEASE NOTE - the actual livery texture files ARE NOT named for drag/drop install, as I did not specify a vehicle/pack to use. You will have to rename them to replace the livery texture slots (the "_sign_1") available in the model(s) you choose to go with. Remember - you can install all 3 or 4 liveries onto one model (for the vast majority of models - some are restricted to only one livery) if you want............simply name them in numerical sequence as "_sign_1", "_sign_2", etc. Or, perhaps you will have different Charger and Durango models to use between the Patrol and subdued or K9 versions...........I will leave that up to you! I hope you enjoy! If you are not sure on how to do so, YouTube and Google are your friends! Do you have a specific livery request? Maybe your hometown or local area Police/Fire/Ambulance/Tow/whatever service? 16. Sorry man, my bad - that is what I get for only taking a quick look and comparing templates! Yeah.......doesn't work for either of the models I suggested the other day. Definitely not your problem, and being "horrible with liveries", lol. These models I sent you are 2021 - and, if you look at the livery texture, it is labelled as "kanes2016fpiu" - so that would be the reason it doesn't fit. I tried quickly looking for 2016 FPIUs using Kanes base model - found this one..........and actually tried it quick in OpenIV. The body markings seem to match up fine, but the hood markings don't quite line up with the fender stripes. Not sure what else to suggest.......sorry. My other offer still stands though - just let me know if you change your mind.
  17. Sorry we couldn't settle on getting the work done for you for Rabbit's FPIU. I poked around a bit just now on LSPDFR - if you are willing to look at a different FPIU model, I found a couple that look like they should fit the texture pack I linked earlier. **** please note, I HAVE NOTE actually tested them on the models in OpenIV or in-game - just compared the texture layout to the template png included in the model downloads **** lol.....no guarantees, but might be worth a look! Good luck!
  18. OK, sounds fair enough. Keep me in mind, and let me know if you ever need anything else done in the future!
  19. Maybe we can work something out! Sending you a PM here.......
  20. Hey there! I know it has been a few months since you posted this, but.....thought I would ask anyways! Did you ever get the badge for these liveries sorted out? You were looking for a lore-friendly Blaine County version of the ECSO badge, correct? If you still need that, let me know - I could probably do that up for you.
  21. This livery pack might work for you. An update note mentions adding an FPIU livery - not sure if it will fit the model you want, though. If not, and you still need the work done, let me know. I do liveries.
