These textures are based off of the skins the Winnipeg Police use, but changed to the generic LSPD. This skin fits Thehurks 2016 FPIU. I don't think there is a way to do this without the console, but it is as easy as opening the console and typing "unloadplugin lspd first response" and that will remove it. I know you already stated that in your post :P

When I had my game setup to be in "Los Santos" I had the vehicles added, and replaced the peds with BCSO uniforms. But that was a long time ago.... Right now my game is set up to be like Manitoba! Which is a Province in Canada.I made custom skins for all the following cities: Los Santos = Winnipeg Police Sandy Shores = Brandon Police Paleto Bay = Morden Police Rural = Royal Canadian Mounted Police I've kinda wanted to go back to the generic location of the game...

It's most likely because some cars go into the patchday folders. What vehicles are not showing up and what location are they in?

Your absolutely right! The city it takes place is in Lincoln City...As it says in the very beginning of the short film :p Which means the acronym is LCPD. I'm not sure why people are upset by that acronym. But personally I think this movie looks interesting. I wish them the best of luck!

You need to open the vehicle's .ytd and +hi.ytd (In openIV) and it will open up all the textures for the car. You need to look for the skins (Normally 1-4 skins) and click the replace button. NOTE: The replace button will only be there if you are in edit mode. Once the skins are replaced, click save and you should be good to go! Hope this helps :)
