You need to open the vehicle's .ytd and +hi.ytd (In openIV) and it will open up all the textures for the car. You need to look for the skins (Normally 1-4 skins) and click the replace button. NOTE: The replace button will only be there if you are in edit mode. Once the skins are replaced, click save and you should be good to go!
