After creating a basic Speed Radar script I decided I wanted to make more scripts: The only problem is I don't know what to make! Please give me some ideas. I will edit this thread when the request form is ready!) Thanks! Please be aware the simpler the script idea the faster I can make it. The Speed Radar script took me like 2 hours. The more complex ideas the harder it will be to make and the longer it will take.

You can pull over cars with LCPDFR and you can stop cars with Braveheart's Policing Script! Elaborate a little more and I can consider making one!

You have to add the cars using OpenIV or SparkIV: Tutorial: Spark IV Tutorial The trainer is a tool used to spawn bodyguards, vehicles, models, etc. You can also change your car a little (Colors, etc)

Do you need someone to model the peds or make the ped textures? It is harder to find a modeler but it is easier to texture models.

If that however does not work you are probably missing a program (i.e. Visual 2010 redistributable (x64))

What car mod did you install?
