If you have LCPDFR installed go to your GTA Directory: Common Location: C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV Then in that directory there should be a folder called scripts: So the location would most likely be: C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVscripts Drag and drop the .net.dll and .ini files there!

I love the Undercover van :P but I was thinking more of a plain white van!

Hey guys, I was looking for a white "surveillance van". I've looked on GTA4-MODS and GPM but cant really seem to find one. Googling it also didn't seem to help. I am really looking for a Ford E-250. I don't want ELS enabled. I actually don't want lights at all. Just a plain van! If anyone has a link please post it, Thanks, Sasrical (rcmpCA) I would prefer a E-250 but any other van would be nice to look at. Thanks again

That is exactly what your getting. Explosions are staying except you can edit te time it takes to blow in the .ini Giving you the opportunity to call FDLC, etc..

Welcome to LCPDFR 1. Hit Alt+Delete. If it doesn't work try changing it in the policing.ini. (the message should pop up in the top left) 2. If the Ambulance doesn't come hit Alt-M to perform CPR 3. ELS is a little buggy in that way but a new version is coming out soon which should improve on/fix this problem Edit: Sorry for the brief answers really tired :P

Like everyone has briefly covered: :P If you plan to become a police officer in the future tattoos can be extremely misleading to people! Some people may not want to approach an officer with tattoos because again they can be misleading/scary/etc. I agree with Harper: Keep it hidden. No matter what the tattoo is (ie. Police Logo) keep it hidden!
