Well you will need to PM a modeler. I would try Beckugan1, Steve00, DoubleDoppler (All Modelers) Ask them if they will consider modeling this truck. On the terms of PMing someone (if you didnt know) go to there profile and hit message (Middle right of the screen) Ask nicely and I'm sure they will consider!!

If it's a texture I can try but model unluckily no (not me) I advise getting in touch with a modeler and seeing what they thing.

SparkIV works better for editing Maps. I have been unable to actually edit alot of Map textures with Open IV. Leftwood area is probably going to be in the image 4-5
