I would say it most likely is, the Official release date isn't until Tuesday September 17th 2013, but is getting a midnight release on Monday night, so I would assume it would be a leak, which is illegal.

I still have trouble with it, just fiddle with it until you get it the way you want it, that's what I did.

Than set up ALM that way. that's what it's for. to restrict whatever textures you want to wherever you want them in the city. all 8 liveries can be set that way between the 2 main police vehicles.

That was definitely epic and the roar of the engine was just badass! they do take a lot of abuse, the transmission was built for it, I've heard of cops slamming them into park going at least 50KM/H and out before it even stopped.. a regular transmission wouldn't take that kind of abuse.

I for one am excited for Tuesday, I will be there waiting Tuesday morning for my copy I preordered god knows how long ago.. fuck the midnight release, not like my copy is going anywhere, however, this pisses me off, people can't just wait until the OFFICIAL release date of the game? like really.. people are willing to risk a lot for a damn video game? wouldn't be me, it may be probably the best game to date, but an $80.00 game is not worth it, it's just people thinking they're being smart and ruining the surprise.. well shock value..
