I find ,if your in the "Metro" areas of the City it flashes slower, there are different spot's where they flash retarded speeds

EFLC for sure, if you have Gang Police you can do raids in TLaD, if you want to do raids in bars, TBoGT good for that WAY better stuff in TBoGT as Asuna mentioned.

I personally don't like BMW in any way, shape or model, they all look the same pretty much (i haven't downvoted anyone, but you already know that )

As Dhruv said, just highlight ALL the lines in blue then replace the line you highlighted with custom handling lines, my recommendation, even though sgt.Kanyo's handling lines are the best out there, i would back up the handling.DAT all the same

Since it does look like you need upgrades, my only recommendation to you is, don't get part's 2nd hand, if you buy it brand new, your getting exactly what your paying for and the only problems you may encounter are factory issues, not someone elses problems!

my computer already told me a long time ago "please bro don't do this to me" i installed a vehicle pack and had nothing but problems and i run my game on High settings at all times, the little blue light on my computer was looking at me like "WTF is wrong with you?"

I see alot of suggestions here, i know people want as real as possible, i do not know how to code/script myself, however, i do know it takes a shit ton of work and your head not exploding to get it done.. the devs know what's best for the mod :)

@Originallight, sadly, you cannot upgrade laptop's, i think you can with the WAY more high end ones like Alienware, other then that, i don't think so, i had the same problem when i first bought the game, had to uninstall it and let the game collect dust for a year before i could get a more powerful computer :biggrin:

that's weird cause even doing a virus scan would take longer to do a scan with more files cause it has more files to scan.
