I guess Dhruv makes a point, that would be like "pay for play but i'm going to release it publicly anyway as freeware", don't get me wrong, i have no issue paying a modeler for a model request, since he/she would be giving up his/her time to model it, but pretty much any aspect of vehicle modding, one way or another, someone doesn't like it and think's it should be illegal.

I have looked for it, there are 0 tutorials i have found that tell you how to properly install ELM or even how to trouble shoot the problems hence, the reason i gave up on it, as for car mods, i figured that out.

So, obviously San Andreas is WAY better then IV or EFLC, i haven't even played SA in about a year, so i forget how to even put mod's in, the mods i want are the ELM mod which i had an extremely difficult time with, the SAPDFR mod and installing car mods, thank's in advance!

Gang's are pretty new considering the town i'm from is supposed to be a retirement community, unfortunetely, there are 3 major reserves around it, Long Plain, Dakota Tipi and Eben Flo, they also brought a whole settlement from somewhere cause they figured they weren't treated fair, so, they burned down the whole reservation, to the ground..

you have to buy more RAM it's not expensive at all, but if the game actually work's, then just upgrade the Patch to Patch 7 here : http://games.softped...-IV-Patch.shtml if the Patch doesn't work, then upgrade the RAM you can buy stick's of RAM at your local computer shop, if they don't have it, then they aern't a computer shop lol also, turn your video mode off along with clip capture, that makes a big difference EDIT: I think your RAM is fine, toy may just need the Patch

well next time, you need to explain what the problem actually is instead of just posting your Diagnostic's, but, it look's like you need to update the Patch to Patch 1.0.7.0 and you need more RAM if i'm not mistaken, LCPDFR only works on Patch 7

ped TEXTURES not model's , a hat, is a model, you are replacing the model itself, NOT the texture, if you were replacing the texture, it would just change the texture of the hat and you would still have the same hat, which would defeat the purpose..
