It look's simple enough, however, the CVPI in all of my pics is BxBugz123s' Gotham City Police CVPI, the real life photo's is what the CVPI is based off of, so it look's identical, right down to the Whelen Liberty and grill.

And to think people actually fall these scam's, one of my former bosses got phone scammed, they got his IP Address, Credit Card number's, Debit card PIN number, etc etc, he had to deal with the RCMP Financial Crime Division, had to take like 2 weeks off of work to get it sorted out, actually felt really bad for the guy

I had someone try and scam me once, he was like "Hi, i'm so and so (can't pronounce the name), our records show that you are having a problem with your computer " i was like, what...what's the problem??.." "Our records show that there is an issue with Microsoft " "oh, well, i don't even have a computer"

Really? cause if you are charged underage with a criminal offense such as assault that considered juvenile, nobody is perfect, Police Department's know that, just because you got into a scrap as a youth doesn't mean you can't be a Police Officer, or do what you wanna do as a government employee. unless you want too be a member of the FBI then you have to be pretty much perfect, the RCMP, well they are Canada's "Federal" Police Force and are crooked as hell..

If your under the age of 18 and you were to get charged for assault, it really doesn't matter cause your record get's wiped clean once you turn 18, and i think the police would understand, anti bullying is so big now due to the amount of victims bullying has claimed, straightup fucks with your head, bottom line, kid's can be cruel VERY cruel, when i was in grade 6 a couple kids played a prank on me, an evil prank, it was my last day until spring break, one of the kids was handing out little candy bar's and he was ever so nice and laced it with laxatives, the worst part of it was when i had my whole class of 30 kids laughing at me as i was getting sick in the washroom, after i was done with the kid that did it, not one kid ever bothered me again.. sometimes, ya gotta do what ya gotta do to at least have a little pride left..

Did you?: I don't have this problem at all, you could be using the wrong type of handling line, for example, if you use Sgt.Kanyo's 2003 Crown Victoria handling mod with Corleones Diletentte, the car will flop around, i think the DriverSF model are some of the best ones, low poly and very much so HD, i use the 2003 CVPI handling line for evry vehicle i use, the suspension is nice and firm , the chassis doesn't even move around when turning corners, if i have that wrong, then can you post a pic of your handling.dat?

That's not necessarily the answer, i should know better coming from personal experience not to even mention violence, however, sometimes it's needed cause if he find's out you ratted him out, he may actually come after you and you get labeled in school, i'm not one for caring about what other's think of me, but being a "rat" follows you around

suspension's don't last forever, maybe a week, but if you don't do something he will walk all over you, i spent a majority of my school years out of school because of bullies, if they want to suspend you for standing up for yourself then fuck'em, but that's just me..
