Hi, I hope someone can help me out with this. When I have teamspeak connected out-of-game, it works fine and very well, even if I "alt-tab" out. However, when I try to speak in game (GTA IV original) nothing happens, and the other players can't hear me! But I can still here them, and as soon as I "alt-tab" out , then I can speak again. At the moment I am using PTT, and have tried two buttons; both with the same consequence. I would really like to keep PTT fro roleplaying and multiplayer, etc. Any quick help would be much appreciated. Many thanks fbo194 :)

Nice, except NYC Corrections, aren't part of the NYPD, they are a separate agency, nice pack though!

They did the last 2011 CVPI last year as a final It think.

I think it is the Dispatch Assistance System (DAS) by Lt. Caine on GPM. I think it shows other players and unit numbers, etc.

Downloading or using a disc both work, but differnet mods work for different patches or game-types, should be fine for LCPD:FR though!

Try putting this topic in the LCPDFR Support forum, people are on that more. Good Luck and Happy 2013 LCPD:FR! Also go to trainer, page 1 and on the right enable "Enable/Disable keys". That should solve the ELS problem and the annoying hotkeys!

You could use the "added vehicles pack" which adds the police 3 police 4 pbus (buffalo LCPD, stinger police, ASCF Prison bus) and PBIKE (police bike) from TBOGT/EFLC and then replace the police bike with your one, enable it for ELS in the .ini and then play! AI also pull over for its sirens and lights that it comes with. PS was watching this video just now!

Awesome, will the bank of liberty skin work with the default stockade.nstockade/pstockade aswell? Because I can't run ELS, thanks!

I am not really sure, but mine normally lags and my specs are worse than yours! (With a laptop). It might be to do with the amount of scripts you have installed. Try lowering graphics aswell. fbo194

Hi, Is it possible to change the colour of a non-ELS vehicles emergency lighting; eg the lighbar colur on a police CVPI with red/blue lighting to yellow for a security guard, etc? That would be great. Thanks.
