  1. HI, I was wondering if it is possible to convert GTA IV peds (MODELS, not skins) to SA. I know there are some out there, and I have the plice/EMT and Fire ones. However I haven't seen any converted: -Fat security guard (at airport, etc: m_m_securityman.wtd, etc) -Armoured Security/ Gruppe 6 Sechs security (m_m_armored.wtd,etc) If anyone has any easy to use TOOLs to convert these models or the files above, and could provide me with them or tutorials; that would be great! Thanks, fbo194
  2. Would it be OK if I released it for GTA San Andreas, with credits of course? Thanks I can't PM you because of my proxy internet!
  3. Awesome- do they use the ORIGINAL IV PARAMEDIC (pmedic) model, or a different model? Then I can put them into my game for GTA SA! Thanks!
  4. Cool! :) Does it use the original IV paramedic model? Or not; because if it does then I can put it in my GTA SA game! Thanks.
  5. Thanks for the non-EL version and low-spec stuff! Are there multiple skins, or will any cavalcade skin work with it? Well done :)
  6. Very nice, will you be doing a LC Transit Police version? That would be great!
  7. Yeah I have a commandline but it doesn't help too much, but I am going to uninstall mods. However I have heard that gamebooster doesn't really help!
  8. Okay thanks for all the help guys, I suspected what you think about my laptop! However I can't really afford a desktop computer so I will try the re-installing trick and one mod at a time sounds like a very good idea! It is strange though because I can run GTA San Andreas very well with mods and textures, even a color mod enhancement! Also have any of you heard of "graphic enhancement" , I don't really know what it is but it was mentioned in another post for decreasing lag for low-end computers?! Thanks fbo194.
  9. Hi I am having a pretty major graphics and lagging problem. I have LCPD:FR installed along with: car mods ped skins Police Helper Tow Service Coroner Mod Bravehearts' script ELS v6 This maybe too much, but it lagged even before I installed those (but I didn't have a command line installed then)! PC Specs: Toshiba laptop Windows 7 Intel Core i3 processor CPU, 2.40GHz M 370 RAM: 6.00GB (5.80GB usable) 64 bit operating system Total available graphics memory: 1696 MB Dedicated Video Memory: 64MB I have put a commandline in and have lowered all graphics. I might also try taking ars and skin and extra mods off, just have LCPDFR and non-ELS cars? Would that help? if anyone could help that would be really appreciated! Regards fbo194
  10. Unrelated but are you a real police officer? And if so where from?! "UK Cop and Creator of the Police Roleplay Tool and !" fbo194
  11. How do i spawn one in the trainer?
  12. Had a cadet parade yesterday (Sat UK), good.
  13. Awesome! Love the second yelp, they always use that n Holywood fillms for departments that don't even use it!
  14. So will it help my low-graphic lagging game?
  15. Would that decrease lag, increase missing textures etc? I am also having problems pretty similar to this guy! (PC specs: Intel Core i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz 6.00 GB (5.80 usable)) LAg isn't to bad with few modded cars, skins and scripts but still pretty shocking! Do you have any links for any graphic enhancements, that would be really helpful! (I am using a "commandline.txt" by the way!) Thanks fbo194 Try: 1) open a text document (.txt) (notepad) 2) type this: -norestriction -nomemrestrict -novblank -percentvidmem "100" 3) copy EXACTLY that^ 4) save it as "commandline.txt" 5) Put it in your GTA IV game directory 6) lower all graphics to minimum If those ones don't work then try: -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -novblank 0 -norestrictions -width 512 -heigth 384 -safemode -availablevidem 3 -percentvidem 100 -minspecaudio -novsync -renderquality 0 -framelimit 0 -nomerestrict -fullscreen Hope this helps, its not perfect but took me from NO textures atall to most. HINT: Works best at night (less lag). Regards fbo194
