  1. I am using Blaine County Sheriff's Office Pack and I really liked it. Unfortunately, it appears that the CVPI doesn't have a livery. I have installed the mod as instructed in the pdf included. When I checked the model in OpenIV, it seems that the model itself is plain without a livery, as is shown in my screenshot attached. Could someone please look into it? Thank you very much for your time.

  3. I went through the ini files but only found options controlling partner's vehicle models, which is irrelevant.
  4. My partner spawned by UB menu is fleeing combats, just like how civilian NPCs do when they hear gunshots. I have tried to remove Enhanced Native Trainer and reboot my computer. The probleme persists. Backup units are working as expected, only the partner acts like a unarmed NPC.(He is armed as I defined it in the UB spawn partner menu) RagePluginHook.log I was responding to Terrorist Attack from 686 Callouts.
  5. Thanks for the advice, I'll try them now. Can you specify what is "make sure your backup units aren’t set to despawn on a timer or due to AI logic"? I really don't remember such thing exist in plugin's .ini files. I can't find KeepThemLoaded anywhere, can you post a link? I've also found nothing related to streaming distance in rph and lspdfr settings.
  6. I set the spawn distance of some backup units to be greater to simulate the actual response time in blaine county. But when I set them to be greater than 1000, it seemed that they can disappear mid-way. When I set them to be 600 it seems that they are less likely to disappear. Can someone tell me how to set this to be over 1000 without have disappearing backup units? Here are my configs with spawn distance 600 at most, works somehow fine for now.   10. I can't make a clean PIT in LSPDFR. The suspect's car feels so heavy. I am currently using Stop The Ped fix, but it really does a bad job. The car clips a few times before the PIT is done, maybe it's the STP trying to identify whether I'm doing a PIT. Tested in vanilla game and LSPDFR, the conclusion is that the PIT is ONLY impossible when in a pursuit. So the question is why. Why the PIT is so hard in LSPDFR while it shouldn't be like this in real life? I've watched a few YouTube videos and found that the PIT was so smooth back in LSPDFR 0.3.
  11. Problem SOLVED I abandoned the copy and installed all mods into the steam GTAV, AKA the legal GTAV, then the game starts normally. Although the copy's files are the same, if it's not recognized by your steam or launcher, it WILL NOT work.
  12. I copied my legal GTAV into another folder and installed all my mods there but the game don't start and the pic below is just what I get the game doesn't start there's even no gta5.exe in task manager

Every time I got myself into a gun fight everyone (especially the player) turns into gun slingers and it end in a few seconds, even before my backup arrives Is there any mod to increase my bullet spread? Gun fights in real life isn't that easy. I know deadly weapons increases the damage but I don't want to use it because it makes me killing a heavily armored and armed man with 1 shot.

  16. checked, flags are there my mod didn't come with a carvariations file so i left it empty, how do i fix it? because els traffic control was reported to cause pulled over ai to drive away, however for my case it's not the cause
  17. i have but it doesn't work my ELS traffic control is off and els is installed correctly can it be that i have changed the model name to sahp?
