  1. Yes he did. But it was not as accurate as the real life vehicles. He did it for me due to not having time to do anything. I created this skin pack a long time back in the end of 2010 or little before that. I was glad he made it for me but I was looking for something more accurate . And who do you think would know how accurate the skin would be than someone who lives in the same county as them.

I made these skins because it is my hometown sheriff's dept. These are the only skins as accurate as the real thing. Some things were edited as you can obviously see due to people wanting it that way. You can only find these on GTAPoliceMods or LCPD:FR . Do not upload to any other website without permission. Screenshots were by aznairsoftdude . Do not ask for vehicle modification in screenshot unless it is already released.

These skins were based off of Marine City. I had remade almost the whole skin designs due to lack of appearance. I hope you guys have fun with these skins as much as I did making them.

These skins were based off Jackson County, Arkansas. They were asked as a private request . After so long of private requests. I do release them to the public. I hope you like these as much as I did making them.

These skins were made from Dougherty County of Georgia. There are a few LCPD Based skins in the pack for people who dont want to use the actual Dougherty County skins. All my skins are high quality. If they aren't , Message me and I will remake them into an even higher quality.

These are LCPD Skins based off Atlanta,Georgia. The base color was changed from dark blue to black. I did alot of testing and found black looks the best. There are multiple vehicles it could be put on. I suggest using any vehicles with a Whelen Liberty , similar , or anything slimmer.
  2. Oh I do respect but like I said , they could branch off vigilante from SA and just do something better. I know how hard RAGE can be. Its a royal bitch. They have done so much of what they want and not think about how the community that plays wants it. If they look at how the community wants it and does some ideas we like. They could include it. Do that and sales will sky rocket. I know there is alot to it . Ive been playing since GTA3 .
  3. Oh , alright , I cant believe I didnt notice that from the beginning. I see this all the time.
  4. Think about it. Grand Theft Auto is a game made for crime. Even though they put Vigilante Missions in SA and Vice City , Not many people probably did it. But then again ,alot of people liked doing it. I did. If they could at least do something great with Vigilante missions. Im fine. It wouldnt kill them to fix the Lighting set up. Look at Driver:San Francisco , they did an LED type pattern look when flashed. GTA looks like Rotating Lightbars or Rotators or how ever they say it. GTAPoliceMods and LCPD:FR are the 2 biggest advances to GTA:IV especially for the PC do to most people only bout it for the PC to use LCPD:FR and real life police cars. Even though they wont use real cars due to copyright and licenses to buy the cars are expensive , They could at least do something with Vigilante Missions and lighting set up. You think after so many years they have been around , They would do something better.
  5. Great video but your dates are off. 12/3/12? haven't got to that date yet. If so , where the hell was I?
  6. Are you kidding me? Great job with the skins.I never knew USDHS skins would look so good on any vehicle
  7. HAHA. Even though the video was vague. Not much to show . I thought it was a machinima type video if you know what I mean . But just how it went. I started laughing because of the way you put it and the song made it even funnier. Great job.
  8. Nice video and my suggestion , Dont use slow motion with editing tool because that would irritate everyone. But to your thing about just getting GTA:IV to mod. Great choice. I used to mod the 360 version and then I got IV(about 2-3 years ago though) and I loved it since . I skin all the time.
  9. Yes. In the els.ini folder , you can add the cars name . just copy police1 or so and paste it at the bottom under the others and just change the vehicles names to have it work on that car. I modded a packer once with els and thats how I got it to work for me.
