    You can just switch them out with normal cars but it wouldnt work right due to game problems. If you just go to els.ini and add that cars name to the .ini and add everything else to it as you would see for police2 ,etc. Just you wouldnt get a siren. You might be able to get the siren from some other .ini but I have no clue. You would have to ask someone else about that.
