Actually your wrong about 2 & 3 . It all depends on your state. In my state, I am an EMT-I with Blue lights on my POV to respond to calls as a backup when needed. Some states are different as I remember but in California when I was a Basic . You werent allowed Red,Blue,or Amber together (I had Amber with White lights and they allowed me to have it. Shockingly but they did. I no longer live in California full time so they might have changed their rules.

This pack does not come with the vehicles in the pictures , They are my own private made mods .Credits to actually owners for creating. Do not ask for them. Pictures were took in zmod due to I cant run IV anymore . The pack is strictly skins. Skins are only available on CVPI , Charger , and Taurus. Will make for any other vehicle besides 05 Impala due to skinning for the 05 is a pain in the a$$.

Very nice man. I like how you took the tail of an airplane to the skin . I suggest using a different tail end look . the red tail with black and white dont look right. If you need help, just pm me. -

It depends on what you are using . Im using Photoshop and it is very easy to do the layers. Using GIMP is almost as easy. But it is difficult to find the layers button if you are not used to it.

You know you've played GTA for a long time when someone can give you little dialogue and can imagine it so easily and how it would actually go. -
These skins were re-made for other vehicles due to my community had these as our main police cars. I do not own a community anymore and I did not originally make the design of the skins. A good friend and the best skinner of IV(IMO) aka DoTTGaMMa originally made the design. I remade these for other vehicles and there will be more for others soon.

DAMN! My skin looks good on the 2011. Ive been deciding to remake it considering I lost it when my other computer crashed. If you want. I can remake it just for you to the 2011 alot better cuz I still have everything I need. -
