    Enable edit mode, hit copy to mods folder.

    Just go to the Download section -> scripts and plugins and sort by recently updated (default).

    Current userbase favourites replacing PoliceSmartRadio, Traffic Policer etc., are Stop the Ped and Ultimate Backup (can be downloaded on Bejoijos website) or Policing Redefined and GrammarPolice. Just take a look at what the download section offers and try them out.

    What you linked above is from 2017, which I'd say is outdated itself.

    LSPDFR does not support GTA V enhanced unless you are participating in early testing. 
    You'll have to download the legacy version of the game and install LSPDFR as usual.

    You can use OpenIVs search function to find specific files. Just make sure it’s the ytd that’s in your mods folder.

    Add SHV back and gradually add .asi scripts back in until your game starts to crash.

    PR is crashing due to an invalid keybind input (LShift).
    TypicalCallouts needs to be removed.
    Compulite isn't compatible with PR either.

    What exactly isn’t working about EUP? Do the uniforms not show up? Do they show up weirdly? 
    Double check whether the dlclist lines exist as well as the EUP folder inside your dlcpacks.
