The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

  1. Update GTA V by verifying your game files after deleting GTA V.exe
  2. Update RPH and LSPDFR by manually reinstalling LSPDFR
  3. If the issue persists:
  4. Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true.
  5. Update: Deadly Weapons, Deryll Callouts, GrammarPolice, Interior Callouts, Policing Redefined, Riskier Traffic Stops
  6. Ensure you have PyroCommon (comes with this file: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/23995-supercallouts/)
  7. Attach a new log if you still face problems.

If you refuse to update LSPDFR/GTA V, you can start with step 4, but no guarantee it will work without updating them.
