The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yeah, at this point I just gave up and decided to uninstall GTA for the time being, probably in a week or two I'll reinstall it and add all the mods back. I also had this glitch where i couldn't go to LS customs without the game crashing, so maybe that'll fix it

Within 60 minutes of posting your topic, you decided to uninstall GTA altogether when you only had a simple XML error? Custom Regions or Special Units xml from Ultimate backup.

I know it sounds like that, but there was also the issue of the game crashing when approaching LS customs. Renaming to _mods didnt do anything, i honestly didnt want to deal with it so I uninstalled gta.
