The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You'll have to go to a PD and go on duty through the locker room to create a character. Your log indicates that you have not done that yet.

    Thanks mate, I already had a Character though that seems to have disappeared. Ended up just making a new one. Would have explained further, but It wouldn't let me type a message along with the post..
