I've been trying to install Enable All Interiors with lspdfr but it seems that when i go to pull out the menu theres no contacts in my phone...

I had the same issue for awhile, I fixed it by downloading the newest version of ScriptHookVDotNet and dragging all files needed into my main directory ensuring I don't have any conflictions. If this doesn't fix your issue please send over your log.

It will be located in your "Logs" file in your GTAV Main Directory

 

Should say "RagePluginHook" followed by some numbers etc. Send the recent one.

That is not the log that is needed.

@Bombjryit is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Did your game crash during that last playthrough? Your log appears to end abruptly on an ambient unit spawning nearby.
If so, navigate to your lspdfr.ini in "GTAV/lspdfr/" and set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true.

Regarding your original issue, I don't see how Open All Interiors would cause your phone contacts to disappear.

Are there any other modifications in your "scripts" folder? 
Try removing all files that have something with SHV Dot Net in their name and install a fresh nightly build.

RPH log will be rather useless here; perhaps attach your ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet.log after trying the steps above to no avail.

I only have lemon ui that contains SHV but its needed for enable all interiors.

Looks fine except that PedDamageOverhaulV.asi is crashing.

do you know why its crashing. And for the phone theres no fix ?

Not really sure. Open your SHV log and you'll see it near the bottom.
