Delete your GTAV.exe and verify your game files please.

I can only think of Ultimatebackup that has a panic button integrated. You already tried removing that yeah? Can you try provoking that panic backup and then send me your RagePluginHook.log? Maybe we can figure it out that way.

Can you show me what your plugins/LSPDFR folder looks like so we can determine which plugin is sending panic button units to your location?

Yes, there is. You can find the different attributes in the DefaultRegions.xml. I attached a screenshot below.

If PLD is nothing for you (oddly it doesn't cause any drops for me), you might want to try RageShowMyLocation.

Interact with a ped via the E menu, grab it and go to your vehicle. It'll prompt you.

When you stand near an unoccupied car, open the context menu with G and it'll prompt you with a tow/insurance service. Same goes for dead bodies and coroners. You might as well want to try ALPRLite from BejoIjo

It's the shape of your face which doesn't align perfectly with the mask. With EUPMenu, you can create your own character model and change the face shape until it doesn't clip through the mask anymore.
