This taxi driver decided to cut across traffic, jumping a red light right in front of a police cruiser. He was flagged by the officer to pull over. A quick vehicle check showed the yellow cab to be uninsured and untaxed.
The driver was issued with a fixed penalty for driving without insurance and tax and for reckless driving. He has not yet retrieved his taxi from the impound lot, and so it will be crushed.

Officers from the LCPD in Algonquin took down this driver after his vehicle was flagged as uninsured. The suspect took off from the traffic stop, but couldn't take the corner striking a lamp post. He quickly gave up when he was swarmed by Liberty City's finest.

A late night pursuit went up a new level when this suspect (wanted for several felonies scaling up to murder) took off in a stolen car. Highway interceptors teamed up with state patrol units to try and block the suspect's escape route. But he showed no signs of stopping, mounting the pavement to avoid a patrol car blocking the highway exit ramp. The suspect was later arrested when his vehicle lost control and collided with a wall.

Although you may not be able to see it all that well, I have two suspects in my car...Both for a different reason.
On the right, a taxi driver who was 3 times the legal limit on a breath test who also happened to have an expired drivers license.
On the left, a businessman who was a passenger in the taxi who had a warrant for an arrest. It was a bad day for both of them.
