    Dude don't hijack my post. Make your own, and people may watch. It makes you look bad by trying to advertise on someone else's stuff without their consent or approval. This is one of the reasons why I quit.

    I am still involved however real life has priority over gaming, so I haven't been able to be active recently. And to be a dispatcher you must have a working copy of the game, as the dispatcher is actually in game. No. Just export the original texture into any photo editing software, and edit it to all black. Then save it, and replace police_signs1, 2, 3, and 4.
